Our house is 300 m away from İpekkum beach. ( Our house is 5 min by foot to İpekum beach which is famous with silky-sand.) Seferhisar-Kuşadası and Selçuk are 30 minutes away from Ephesus. (Just 30 min away by bus to Ephesus, Seferhisar & Kuşadası.) You can reach it in 45 minutes from Cumaovası by bus number 776. You can reach to Gümüldür with bus 776 from Cumaovası station wich is just 1 stop away to Adanan Menderes airport The house has air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, hot water, and a TV.

Our house is in a quiet neighborhood with a garden and is 7-8 minutes' walking distance to the sea. Our sea is clean, sandy and free. For those who wish, there are many beaches that offer various opportunities to their customers for a fee, just a short walk away. Our surroundings will also be visited and seen daily (Ephesus Ancient K., Şirince, Çeşme, Alaçatı, Urla, Kemeraltı) On the beach in front of our house, there are courses where you can take Surfing, Diving, Sailing trainings for those who love these sports.

The cottage is certified by the Ministry of Tourism. The house is located in a settlement and is directly connected to a seafront promenade. From there, the nearest village Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, weekly market, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, etc...). The big city of Izmir (40 kms) can be reached by bus/dolmus (minibus) ,or by taxi . In front of the house is 50 meters away from the sandy beach. In the house is drinking water refrigerator.(Sebil) and 3 air conditioner .

Since it is in a quiet location, it is necessary to listen to loud music and no excessive noise. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
