Spacious, bright and quiet 2-room apartment (48 square meters) with all comforts for a few relaxing days by the lake. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach through the private park. The large balcony (24 square meters) with a southwest-facing location has sun from noon to evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or barbecue evening. The rooms are a separate unit in the basement with daylight; the train station is 3 minutes away, the Elbe and Reeperbahn are within walking distance, the city center is 12 minutes away by S-Bahn. It is located directly at Bordesholmer See. The terrace and garden are available. Shops are within walking distance. Dogs are welcome. An ideal location for (cycling) hiking, excursions to the North Sea and Baltic Sea or shopping in Kiel and Neumünster.

A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.
