The apartment was newly renovated/redesigned in 2023. In the past, this heritage-protected building was a stable. As a result, the building has a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can go for a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a playground for the children. Our location is ideally situated. There are 2 more private rooms in the apartment (heating system and pantry) that are closed. The owner lives in the same house above the apartment.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

On the first floor of the modernized duplex apartment is the daylight bathroom (including WaMa) as well as a spacious hallway. On the upper floor, the fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, microwave, induction) as well as the bedroom with flat-screen TV and workstation. The rooms on the first floor as well as the bedroom on the second floor can be darkened via electric roller shutters. Wi-Fi is available. Pets are possible by arrangement.
