The 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor with separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric shutters, triple glazed windows, HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen and much more offer a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it is already a bit tight and only suitable for a short stay. The apartment is optimal, for example, for 2 adults with a child. A baby crib, a children's travel crib, as well as a high chair can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).

The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

Moderne 2,5 Zimmerwohnung mit Küche, Duschbad mit Toilette und schöner Terrasse zum Süden raus. - Messe Hannover/ Expo Plaza ist in 10-15min via Auto, in 35-45min via S-Bahn und U-Bahn zu erreichen (Hier sollte aber deutlich gesagt sein, die beste Verbindung zur Messe Hannover/ Expo Plaza ist definitiv das Auto/ Taxi/ Fahrdienst, weniger kompliziert und flexibler bei den Fahrzeiten der DB!) - Hannover-Zentrum via S-Bahn in 14min - Fußmarsch zum Bahnhof Ahlten 10-15min!

The cozy 2-room apartment is located directly in the city of the quiet & beautiful city of Lehrte, very close to Hanover, with perfect connections. Location: Lehrter train station is a 12-minute walk away. Shops (supermarket & clothing) are within a radius of less than 500 m. A connection to the highway, which leads directly to the exhibition grounds and the airport, is also less than 1 km from the apartment.

Cozy cottage for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built exclusively with ecological materials and furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Our house offers complete comfort on 2 floors, consisting of 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for up to 8 people. This Swedish style house has a private garden with lounge furniture and an outdoor sauna which is only available for the residents.
