Vacation rentals with a patio in Seine-Saint-Denis

Our holiday was wonderful! We recommend it!

What a great place to stay and explore a very nice part (arr. 10/19) of Price. It was truly a discovery! The house is comfortable and cozy. Romain and Caroline were very responsive and we were helped immediately. The garden is a very nice surplus and the beds and rooms are comfortable. We were 6 friends and the two bathrooms are super convenient. Highly recommend. We had a fantastic stay!

Hadi is a very nice person, always willing to help. He replies quickly to messages and answers all the doubts. The apartment is quite nice, very quiet and near two train stations (one is closer than the other). There is a market in the station of RER E on Wednesdays and Saturdays, where it is possible to buy fresh fruits and vegetables (there is also meat, fish and prepared food on Saturdays). Getting to Paris and Eurodisney is easy from the appartment. There are a couple of shops near the appartment turning right from the main entrance. The centre of Rosny is not far and there are supermarkets and shops there. There are also nice gardens near the appartment. I think that the metro is under construction in the area, which will be very convenient in the near future.

This was a great stay!! The area really makes the Airbnb the best. The outside are is super cute and the Airbnb is really perfect for a quick stay in Paris!

Host is very friendly, straightforward and helpful. How we receive personally and get everything explained. On the terrace you could sit nicely in the evening. The apartment has everything you need.

A pretty little apartment with good metro connection. Unfortunately, there are areas that are better not to visit alone at night that are also not really pretty. But we had no problems with it. The apartment itself has everything you need and the host team is very thoughtful and kind. We got an immediate answer to every question and also a few nice tips. On New Year's Eve we found a tray of flower arrangement, champagne, glasses and champomy (for children) in the apartment. That was very cute. Right in the building is a LIDL which was very convenient. The apartment's own parking space in a locked parking garage is appreciated by anyone who has ever been to PAris by car and was looking for a parking space there. From our side, this apartment gets a positive recommendation.

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

We had a lovely time. It was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends.

This house looked exactly like the pictures and the host was amazing. We had a co-host meet us to walk through the house, plus there were video instructions on how to use all the appliances. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. The bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and travel toiletries. The house was very clean, organized and fit our two families well. We had two sets of parents, 1 teenager and 2 pre-teens and everyone had their own space. The house itself is also beautifully remodeled. We used uber most of the time to get around, but the house is walking distance to public transportation too. There's also a Franprix within walking distance for household food and items. I would highly recommend this house and host to everyone.

Thanks to Milka and her adorable children like her of course, we were able to have a pleasant stay in a warm place where life is good: a peaceful retreat quite simply. There's nothing missing from this charming pavilion. Spacious, tastefully appointed, it can accommodate a family. Located in a quiet area, rather close to the train station (5 min by car or 1/4h by bus), there is easily a parking space nearby. Thank you to Pierre, owner who is attentive and responsive to our requests. We recommend this rental.

Celeste was very helpful on arrival and gave us a recommendation to the excellent Bruts, bistro 5 minutes from the apartment. The place was very convenient for Montmartre, shops and metro. The 2 level property was just what we needed for a base but we also had 2 meals there including one in the pleasant garden! Do use the projector TV in the bedroom. This apartment is highly recommended.

Family trip, with 2 children, cozy space for Paris standards in context with condominium playground. Close to multiple subway stops, so very well connected. Extremely kind and reliable host. Highly recommended

I've been to Paris a few times but this time was great Very good hostess with a really neat apartment Quiet place and easy to find It was sparkling clean and communication was incredible.

Location , location and location A great location to be in Paris, everything walkable from top monuments to shopping to great food. The house is maintained with all small small essentials you may need while on holiday, very thoughtful. Very quiet and peaceful place with a clear Eiffel Tower view sitting right in the balcony. Very easy and clear to find address for taxis etc. , the host should be a little flexible for checkin and checkout when someone is travelling, it could always be an hour here and there .. I had an exceptional stay at this place

This was my second visit to Remco's place. The apartment is beautifully designed and it's such a pleasure to spend time in it, and the area of Paris it's located in. Thank you for being such a great host and we look forward to our next visit!

We loved this apartment for our family of 5. Very spacious, modern, and a pleasantly quiet location along with being close to so many restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and weekend markets in the area. We wish we could have stayed another week!

Had a wonderful time staying at Joao’s place he was really responsive and helpful in terms of making sure everything was ready for me. I would highly recommend this property for travelling to Disney land or surrounding areas, and once again the hosts too as they were fantastic !

The apartment is distributed on two floors, is quietly located in a well-kept secluded residential complex. Beautiful terrace with garden, shade-giving trees. Everything you need to cook for yourself. Easy and fast by metro in the center. Shopping within walking distance. Super service from Yasmina with team: prompt response and very helpful and supportive. Value for money very fine. All in all, highly recommended!
