Vacation rentals with a patio in Seine-Saint-Denis

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die geräumige Terrasse! Alles bestens 😀

Wat een geweldige plek om te verblijven en een heel mooi deel (arr. 10/19) van Prijs te verkennen. Het was werkelijk een ontdekking! Het huis is gerieflijk en gezellig. Romain en Caroline waren heel responsief en we we werden onmiddellijk geholpen. De tuin is een hele fijne surplus en de bedden en kamers gerieflijk. We waren met 6 vrienden en de twee badkamers zijn super handig. Zeer aan te bevelen. Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf!

Hadi is a very nice person, always willing to help. He replies quickly to messages and answers all the doubts. The apartment is quite nice, very quiet and near two train stations (one is closer than the other). There is a market in the station of RER E on Wednesdays and Saturdays, where it is possible to buy fresh fruits and vegetables (there is also meat, fish and prepared food on Saturdays). Getting to Paris and Eurodisney is easy from the appartment. There are a couple of shops near the appartment turning right from the main entrance. The centre of Rosny is not far and there are supermarkets and shops there. There are also nice gardens near the appartment. I think that the metro is under construction in the area, which will be very convenient in the near future.

This was a great stay!! The area really makes the Airbnb the best. The outside are is super cute and the Airbnb is really perfect for a quick stay in Paris!

Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Wie wirden persönlich empfangen und alles erklärt bekommen. Auf der Terasse konnte man abends nett sitzen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht.

Eine hübsche kleine Wohnung mit gute Metro-Anbindung. Leider grenzen Gegenden an, die man nachts besser nicht allein aufsuchen sollten die auch nicht wirklich hübsch sind. Wir hatten aber keine Probleme damit. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles was man braucht und das Gastgeber-Team ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir bekamen auf jede Frage sofort Antwort und zusätzlich auch ein paar schöne Tipps. Am Silvesterabend fanden wir ein Tablett mit Blumenarrangement, Champagner, Gläsern und Champomy (für Kinder) in der Wohnung vor. Das war sehr süß. Direkt im im Gebäude ist ein LIDL was sehr praktisch war. Den wohnungseigenen Stellplatz in einer abgeschlossenen Parkgarage, weiß jeder zu schätzen, der schon einmal mit dem Auto in PAris war und dort einen Parkplatz gesucht hat. Von unserer Seite bekommt diese Wohnung eine positive Empfehlung.

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Yedi kişi doğum günü kutlamam için Tarık’ın evini seçtik ve hepimiz çok memnun kaldık. Hepimizin en iyi airbnb deneyimlerinden biriydi. Üç banyosu ve dört tuvaletinin olması çok büyük bir rahatlık sundu. Ön ve arka bahçesinde vakit geçirmek çok keyifliydi ama yeşillikler sebebiyle sinek ve örümceklerle karşılaşabiliyorsunuz. 🙈 Metro durakları 7-8 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde ve 20 dakikada şehrin merkezinde olabiliyorsunuz. 8-10 kişilik gruplar için çok ideal, kesinlikle öneririm.

This house looked exactly like the pictures and the host was amazing. We had a co-host meet us to walk through the house, plus there were video instructions on how to use all the appliances. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. The bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and travel toiletries. The house was very clean, organized and fit our two families well. We had two sets of parents, 1 teenager and 2 pre-teens and everyone had their own space. The house itself is also beautifully remodeled. We used uber most of the time to get around, but the house is walking distance to public transportation too. There's also a Franprix within walking distance for household food and items. I would highly recommend this house and host to everyone.

Grâce à Milka et ses enfants adorables comme elle bien sûr, nous avons pû passer un agréable séjour dans un endroit chaleureux où il fait bon vivre : un havre de paix tout simplement. Encore merci à eux pour tout et, longue vie à eux pour que leur activité perdure... Je recommande à 95598 % et les soise'ens me comprendrons☺️👍❤️

Rien ne manque dans ce charmant pavillon. Spacieux, aménagé avec goût, il peut accueillir une famille. Situé dans un quartier calme, plutôt proche de la gare (5 mn en voiture ou 1/4h en bus), on trouve facilement une place de parking à proximité. Merci à Pierre, propriétaire attentif et réactif à nos sollicitations. On recommande cette location.

Celeste was very helpful on arrival and gave us a recommendation to the excellent Bruts, bistro 5 minutes from the apartment. The place was very convenient for Montmartre, shops and metro. The 2 level property was just what we needed for a base but we also had 2 meals there including one in the pleasant garden! Do use the projector TV in the bedroom. This apartment is highly recommended.

We hebben genoten van drie nachten in la maison du photographe. De inrichting is origineel en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De muziekinstallatie geeft een prachtig geluid. Het terras is ideaal voor ontbijt en om ‘‘s avonds nog een laatste drankje te nemen. Goeie uitvalsbasis om Parijs te bezoeken met Vélib’ of metro. De brocante op zondag in Saint Ouan is fantastisch. Viaggio in famiglia, con 2 bimbi, spazio accogliente per gli standard di Parigi in contesto con parco giochi condominiale. Vicino a più fermate di metro, quindi molto ben collegato. Host estremamente gentile e affidabile. Consigliatissimo

Wir waren wirklich super zufrieden mit Evas Wohnung. Sie liegt in der Nähe des Gare du Nord, also etwas weiter nördlich – allerdings ist Paris von der Fläche her kleiner als wir dachten, und die allermeisten Orte konnten wir innerhalb einer halben Stunde zu Fuß erreichen. Insbesondere die Nähe des Kanals Saint-Martin war großartig. In der Ecke gibt es viele tolle Restaurants für Winos und Foodies. Alles andere lässt sich dann prima mit Mieträdern erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ik heb al een paar keer in Parijs geweest maar deze keer was geweldig Hele goede gastvrouw met een echt netjes appartement Rustig plek en makkelijk te vinden Het was brandschoon en communicatie was ongelofelijk.

Location , location and location A great location to be in Paris, everything walkable from top monuments to shopping to great food. The house is maintained with all small small essentials you may need while on holiday, very thoughtful. Very quiet and peaceful place with a clear Eiffel Tower view sitting right in the balcony. Very easy and clear to find address for taxis etc. , the host should be a little flexible for checkin and checkout when someone is travelling, it could always be an hour here and there .. I had an exceptional stay at this place

This was my second visit to Remco's place. The apartment is beautifully designed and it's such a pleasure to spend time in it, and the area of Paris it's located in. Thank you for being such a great host and we look forward to our next visit!

호스트의 감각이 잘 묻어나는 멋진 공간입니다. 두 개의 침실과 두 개의 화장실 그리고 넓은 거실이 갖추어져 있고 무엇보다 거실 옆의 서재 공간이 마음이 들었습니다. (예술 관련 책이 꽂혀진 책장과 책상 그리고 피아노가 있습니다) 그리고 주방이 조리도구와 식기들이 수준급으로 갖추어져 있어서 집에서도 훌륭한 식사가 가능했습니다. 저는 집에 오는 길에 에펠탑을 보면서 걸을 수 있어서 특히 좋았습니다. 저의 경우는 겨울이라 테라스를 이용하지 못했지만, 식사 공간이 갖춰진 테라스도 이 집의 장점이라고 생각합니다. 거실과 방마다의 큰 창을 통해 파리의 아침과 저녁 풍경을 보는 즐거움도 존재합니다. 또한 샤워시설도 난방시설도 모두 작동이 잘 되고 조절도 수월합니다. 마지막으로 이렇게 이야기하고 싶습니다. 여행이란 기본적으로 피곤할 수 밖에 없는 것인데, 저녁마다 집에서 잘 쉬어서 피로가 누적되지 않고 매일 좋은 컨디션으로 시작할 수 있었던 것이 이 집에 가장 고마운 점입니다. 다시 파리에 온다면 이 집에 머물고 싶습니다 :)

Had a wonderful time staying at Joao’s place he was really responsive and helpful in terms of making sure everything was ready for me. I would highly recommend this property for travelling to Disney land or surrounding areas, and once again the hosts too as they were fantastic !

Die Wohnung ist auf zwei Etagen verteilt, liegt ruhig in einer gepflegten abgeschotteten Wohnanlage. Schöne Terrasse mit Garten, schattenspendende Bäume. Alles vorhanden, was notwendig ist, um selbst kochen zu können. Mit der Metro einfach und schnell im Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Laufweite. Super Service von Yasmina mit Team: umgehende Antwort und sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützend. Preis-Leistung sehr in Ordnung. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen!
