Directly to Kattegat and with a large natural plot, you will find this year-round usable and insulated log house. Filled with all modern comforts and furnished with 3 rooms in the main house as well as a new (2023) annex. There are also 2 toilets. The house oozes cottage atmosphere and invites you to many hours with a fire in the wood stove, pancakes in the belly and many scenic kilometers on your feet. A dream gem located privately in the pine forrest just a few steps from the ocean and our wonderful panoramic ocean sauna. The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. Surrounded by berry bushes and fruit trees, the garden is a wonderful place to share warm summers or cosy winters exporing in. Easy walks to forests and one of Sjælland's most unspoilt beaches.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

2 minutes to the beach, 2 meters to the forrest

Cozy and nice summer house (79 sqr. meters). Close proximity to the beach and the forrest. Last house on the street before the beach, and only 200 meters to Denmark's best and very child friendly beach. Large southern terrace with lots of opportunities to enjoy the sun, nature and the silence. The living room has a woodturning stove with windows, as well as a heating pump and air conditioning. The house is somewhat secluded and there is no noice. The house is non-smoking house.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Eller tag en tur ned til skoven og stranden og oplev noget af Danmarks smukkeste natur. Gå en tur på Højderygsstien igennem Geopark Odsherred som går lige forbi den hyggelige have. Rist dine Skumfiduser eller snobrød og pølser ved bålstedet. Eller bare læs en god bog ved brændeovnen i den hyggelige stue.

Small cozy charming and authentic cottage from the 30s. 200 m to the beach, good hiking and cycling opportunities in the surrounding area, public transport right to the door, nice garden with many nooks and crannies, barbecue, campfire, hammocks. The house is not modernized and is original and charming. Among other things, the toilet is located outside the house in the shed and bathing is done with a floor wash or with an outdoor shower.
