Lovely child-friendly cottage, beach 300m

Lots of relaxation in a bright wooden house with orangery, lovely terraces and a large south-facing garden with play area for the children. For the car, a 22 kW type 2 charging station can be used. Here is peace and quiet and 300 meters to the beach with two bathing bridges in Sejerøbugten, and to the beach towards Kattegat there is 1 km. It is 1 km to burgers, ice cream parlors and mini golf, and a few minutes to the bakery, shopping and Havnebyen. We are happy to deliver recommendations for attractions and sights to you. New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Sit back and enjoy life in our lovely summerhouse at Odden. The house is stylishly decorated with room for 6 overnight guests in a yellow, purple and green room. The central space of the house is the living room, which is preserved in warm wood colors, which gives a real cave vibe - and in the adjacent kitchen there is plenty of space for both cooking and dining. FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house (2018 is first rental season) in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
