Central location which was walkable to transport and sights. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious. Looks like newly refurbished and very well maintained. Loved that basic cooking essentials (oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar) had been provided in the kitchen and snacks (toastada , spreads, jams and banana) and plenty bottled water supplied. The apartment is a ground floor 2 bedroom flat with windows looking into courtyards, so is dark as there is little natural light - but more than adequate with lights on. There is a small balcony overlooking into a back patio area below. Great value given the location and size. Francesco is super friendly and helpful, very responsive communication, and allowed us to leave our bags after check out so we could go have breakfast first (it was raining so was nice not to have to lug luggage around the streets).

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Very clean and cozy. It is located in an area where you can walk to many local places of interest and sight seeing. Many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Enrica and her husband went above and beyond to help us find a parking spot and making our check in so much easier. They were very helpful making suggestions and showing us the house. Wonderful studio with lovely, welcoming and helpful hosts. Bright studio, very secure, quiet and comfortable - excellent expresso and washing machine a bonus. Highly recommend.

Very elegant apartment in an old building with plenty of room and spotlessly clean. The hosts were very helpful providing lists of places to visit and local restaurants. The apartment was within easy walking distance of the marina and old town. It has private parking and was very convenient for day trips out of Cagliari. One of the bedrooms was noisier due to the main road but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

The apartment "like at home" is exactly what it promises. There were three of us, two adults and a 2-year-old, and we had a very good time. The apartment is in the center, but in a quiet setting. A stone's throw away is everything you might need. It is also very close to all the most beautiful beaches in the area. Marzia was a great host! If I had to go back to Villasimius, I would not hesitate to choose this apartment again!

This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. Enrico's place is quiet, but super central, so all the sights etc are in walking distance. The apartment was super clean and looked just like the pictures from the ad. Enrico welcomed us personally, showed us around and even had some sardinian treats and wine ready when we arrived 🤩 he was easy to reach for any questions and suggestions also after that. We'll be staying here again, if we return to Cagliari!

We were in Cagliari for the traditional Sant'Efisio and in the action, in the front row! We loved living there for 5 days. Everything was perfect and Alessandro even allowed us to drop off our luggage before the scheduled time. It's possible to cook food and the equipment is modern. The bedroom and bathroom are clean. Services are nearby and the whole Centro can be visited on foot. Great apartment! Easy to find bus to visit Cagliari and its surroundings like Quartu and Poetto. Our host was eagerly responding to all our requests. His tips for taxiing have proven to be efficient and at great prices . We would stay here again .

We had a fantastic stay in Cagliari, the apartment was top in order and Renata gave us all kinds of tips and tricks for nearby. A super nice host and definitely recommended!

I stayed at Corrado's house with my family of 5, including 2 kids and 1 baby. Fabulous house in all respects, equipped with many comforts and with a very pleasant outdoor space where you can eat in the calm of the place, in a great location to reach all the most beaches of South Sardinia and its beautiful coastline. We will definitely return to this area and to Corrado's, a fantastic person always ready to help and really hospitable. Thank you.

Great location, able to walk everywhere and spacious. Ideal for exploring the city and eveything was as described. Matteo was very helpful at check in and Laura was always available and very attentive to any questions and great communication. Thoroughly recommend.

We had a really nice stay with Simonetta. The flat is exactly like on the pictures, containing everything we needed. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the area itself is very calm. Simonetta was always very helpful and answered our questions immediately. We would love to come again!

Very well located. Close to the city center. Pool with beautiful views. Alessandro is always available and helpful.

The rooftop terrace was the nonplusultra. Really great. We had breakfast and bathed there. Marwan was always available for big and small questions. There was nothing missing in the apartment! We got the coffee right away vis a vis, was very convenient!

Carlo and his wife are exceptional hosts with extreme kindness . They are always there to help or to show us beautiful beaches and good restaurants. The house is excellent with its magnificent modern architecture and the pool is sunny from morning to evening. The room with the bathroom we had rented was ideal for 2 people, very clean and the adjoining terrace very large. Breakfast is a treat, there is something for everyone, sweet savory, fruit, etc., I have rarely seen, in my previous rentals, such a hearty breakfast with products of such good quality. I would still advise travelers to rent a car or scooter. We were a scooter and we were able to do a lot of fun things. There are bus stops not far from the house but we did not test. What is certain is that I am already planning to return next year because South Sardinia is beautiful and I felt at home in Carlo and his wife's home. So a huge thank you to Carlo and his wife for the wonderful stay we had:)
