Ap.consists of living room with kitchen, bedroom, sleeping gallery and bathroom and is suitable for families, 2-6 people. Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (accessible by stairs). Local beach is accessible just a few steps from the garden. Holiday House Ursa+heated pool, 700m to beach

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

This spacious holiday home offers comfortable accommodation for 12 people and is located in a quiet place 900 m from the city center and the sea. Overlooking nature on one side and a beautiful sea view on the other, guests will enjoy spectacular scenery during their stay. The house is designed with an emphasis on comfort and relaxation, and the interior is spacious and modernly decorated. Large windows allow plenty of natural light and provide spectacular views of the surroundings.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Surrounded by greenery and tranquillity, it is ideal for groups of up to 9 people, families, and friends (with small pets). Sea view, heated jacuzzi, 2 private parking spaces, garden with barbecue, covered terrace, and outdoor kitchen. Hammock, sun loungers, lawn, and children's equipment. Workspace, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning in all rooms, billiards, and darts.

A completely newly furnished apartment in a detached house surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. First row to the sea, height difference about 10 m. The rocky beach is accessed by stone stairs. Sensational views of the sea, islands, sunsets are available from all rooms. The distance to the first pebble beach and restaurant is about 50m, and to the city, which has all the city amenities, is 2.5km. Of that, 2 km is a promenade by the sea.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
