The kitchen includes microwave and fridge as well as kettle, coffee maker toaster . The bathroom with shower and toilet is equipped with a bathroom laundry. In addition to the nearby highway connection, the outskirts of the house offer good opportunities for cycling and hiking, e.g. to the neighboring wildlife park.

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV with Netflix, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

This 2-room apartment has a living room with kitchenette and dining area as well as a separate bedroom and a shower room. It is in our family home, which is located in a quiet residential area. The beautiful city center of Lüdinghausen with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants is just a 15-minute walk away. The train station (hourly connection to Dortmund and Enschede) and the bus station (half-hourly connection to Münster) are a 10-minute walk away.
