We had a great time at this place, which was even better than the pictures! Very well located and easily accessible, it offered us all the comforts we needed. The welcome was warm as soon as we arrived, and we had the chance to have a wonderful meeting with the neighbors, always ready to help us with kindness. The owner was also very attentive and extremely friendly. An experience that we would recommend in a second!

I had a lovely stay A modern apartment, clean and identical to the photos. Attentive and very responsive host ❤️ It was perfect, too bad I couldn't extend my stay because it was already taken but I'll be back... And I highly recommend it...

Ahmed’s place is truly one of the bests in Cotonou. Not only that it is affordable, it is also very clean, peaceful, and has all the amenities you can think of. I enjoyed staying there and will definitely return if I have the opportunity. I strongly recommend it.

Superb apartment in residence, parking space

The apartment and everything about it are wonderful. There is everything you need, the beds are comfortable, the terrace very nice. We were immediately helped with every question, whether in terms of electricity, mobile internet or just where you get fresh bread. We also used the car along with a super nice, helpful and reliable driver. I would want to stay with Sophia again with every stay. Thanks for two great weeks!

Lovely one bedroom appartement with city view

My stay at Oreofe's was just perfect. The place is located in the heart of the city, it really made it easy for me. Everything was very well equipped, and I did not miss a thing. Plus, I felt completely safe. The terrace of the apartment is gigantic, and gives us a real sense of freedom. I would recommend it with great pleasure, and I would definitely go back for my next stay! Thank you and see you soon.

The apartment matches the photos, 2 steps from the ocean in a quiet environment, away from the traffic of Cotonou, the garden is very pleasant, you can sit under the hut to work or to have a drink. The caretakers of the neighborhood are caring. The apartment is convenient and the contact with the host is very simple, friendly, he is responsive. Check-in and check-out are easy and well organized. I would recommned this property

Thank you M. Euloge for the stay. This is a great place. We stayed three months and had a great time. Richard and his son are so kind and the neighborhood is very safe! Great restaurants around, local market and international market not too far. I do not regret booking the place. The wired internet is super high speed and I was able to work remotely the whole time using Teams!

Host not met physically because he was on the go but regular communication, very responsive, always attentive. we very much appreciated this. we met his wife physically with a kindness and kindness that we very much appreciated. The listing matched the photos really nothing to complain about. We 100% recommend this place and we will even go back during our next stay. my husband and I say a big thank you to Mr Masoun's family as well as to Zoul the caretaker and the cleaning lady. Vanessa and Ricardo were the perfect host. Ricardo was helpful from beginning to end, he speaks and understands English which helped me find his place and get around the city. Always responsive when I needed anything even late at night. His place is right by the road so it wasn’t difficult to find. The location is central to many things including the beach so that was a plus too. The apartment was very spacious, clean and fit the description on his listing. Only downside was when I realized I’ll have to pay my own power bills but then it’s a general thing in Benin AirBnB’s so it’s not exclusive to this listing… I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back whenever I am in Benin Republic. I’ll definitely recommend Ricardo and Vanessa’s place 100%.

The apartment is located in a central location close to relatively everything. A huge 2 bedrooms apartment well ventilated, clean that comes with basic amenities. The host is available to assist you if you have any questions or concerns and was flexible which is truly appreciated. Minor communication issues at the beginning of my stay that quickly got resolved. I definitely recommend and will be back to this rental in the future.

Very good stay in a perfect accommodation for a couple. I spent my weekend there (solo) and I was able to do everything I had planned in Cotonou in peace and quiet. There is a nice caretaker available if necessary, clean accommodation corresponding to the photos, many shops within a radius of 800 m. I would recommend it in a second.
