Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage on the Allegheny River

We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on. We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around. We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river). December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded.

Hunting, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, biking, hiking opportunities etc... abound in our area.The kitchen is complete with dishes, pots and pans, full sized appliances and many extras so your short or long term stay will be very comfortable.Your well behaved dog(s) is welcome too (fee). Beautiful sunsets, relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of open space. Just a few miles outside of Titusville, this newly renovated one bedroom home offers a peaceful place to stay. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed, and a pullout sofa in the living room. A fire pit, firewood, and six Adirondack chairs are available for use in a private area behind the house. There is a large backyard with trails through the woods and around the field for guests to explore.
