In summer, you can swim in the lake and enjoy the outdoor terrace, while winter offers accommodation in the warmth of the indoor fireplace. The heating is automated with pellets, while you can use the fireplace for an additional atmosphere.

Two separate bedrooms, one on the first level one in the attic, kitchen with the living room and a nice balcony on the second level and a small bathroom is what this 47m2 apartment consists of. Both the attic and the 1st floor have an air conditioner. Ideal for a family holiday: the beach just in front of the house, no need of any transportation, private parking on 300 m from the accommodation. .
