Vacation rentals with lake access in Seo-gu

🏠 Accommodation: 10/10 The room was super comfortable and the level of cleanliness was perfect!As soon as you enter the door, the whole space is full of relaxing aroma, it really makes people feel good as soon as they stay ~ 🚇 Location: While not right next to top attractions, it was actually super convenient!A few minutes walk to the subway station, the bus also goes directly to various places, go to Hongdae for only 15 minutes, no worries about transportation at all! 🌿 Details: Feels like home The hosts are really attentive, with thoughtfully arranged decorations in every corner of the room, and greenery dotted to make the whole space cozy and alive and completely comfortable like staying in your own home! 👭 It is suitable for women The two of us girls stayed and each had a separate space, so convenient!The bed and bathroom are also super clean and have a super peace of mind ~ 💯 Overall: Definitely recommend! This stay was truly impeccable, and the attentiveness of the host and the comfort of the room really impressed us, we will definitely choose here again next time we come to Seoul!

Check-in went smoothly, the house is easy enough to find. Very nice area, lots of minimarkets and cafes - all week we had breakfast in different places and they were very good. Quite convenient to get from the airport and to historical places. The metro is VERY close to the house. Many thanks to the owner for the warm water mattresses in the beds - they were very useful for a comfortable sleep in cool weather.

On the day of our trip, there was a strong rainstorm in Ganghwa Island, so we went to the accommodation right away after shopping! There were many things to do in the accommodation, so even though I only played at the accommodation, I had a very full and fun time. Above all, the large table for 6 people in the living room was very useful. The accommodation feels like a farmhouse that has been well organized at my grandmother's house in the countryside. It's just as neat and tidy as the photos. And I could feel the thoughtful consideration of everything that wasn't really in other accommodations with various condiments and supplies! I think the advantages of the accommodation were more exposed due to the rain. There was a window in the living room, so it was an art to look at the rainy scenery ~ ~

The host was really kind and contacted me quickly, so I was able to use it with confidence. There were two rooms, and there was a large TV and a large table in the living room, so it was nice to watch TV and read books, and the sound of frogs filling a lot of stars and air as if it would pour out the door in the evening. It's a little remote, so even if the convenience of the city is a little lacking, it's a place where you can take a much more valuable experience. If you're looking for a little slow time and peace, I recommend it:) I used it spaciously for two people, but I think it would be good for a group trip. It's really spacious, and there are two dryers. Thank you. I had a nice stay!

This was the best Airbnb I've ever been to! I loved that there were two bedrooms, and the boiler worked well, so it was warm:)! There is also Hangang Park right next door, and the bus stop is not far away, so transportation was good! I was happy that I was able to spend a good time with my friend! The owner is so kind, and if I find a place to stay in Mangwon-dong again next time, I'll book it here again.😊

The host is friendly and the location is good, so I'm willing to visit again! There was noise between floors, so it was uncomfortable because the next door was too noisy at night, but other than that, I was very satisfied and had a comfortable stay:)

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! was working and travelling on this trip and i appreciate chris' flexibility in letting me check in early and extending my check out time. he was also very responsive to all my enquiries! it's a very cosy place that will let you experience life as a local, wished i had more time to explore the area!!! esp with such a nice view :") found a nice cafe nearby and felt like it would be a very nice hood to live in long-term :-) there's a slight leak in the shower hose so water will get everywhere so that just needs to get fixed. but i managed to work around it after the first time i used it to minimise the splatter :-) highly recommend to solo travellers!

This listing is optimized for group gatherings. Everyone I went with was very satisfied. There were a lot of beds, so even though there were a lot of people, everyone could sleep in the bed, and the bedding was clean. The bathroom and toilet are all spotlessly clean and there are a lot of towels. It's a pity that I couldn't use the barbecue and fire pit because it was cold. We will come back the next time we have a group gathering.

The accommodation is so clean and has everything. Next time I stay, I'll stay here again.

It was close to Yadang Station, so it was convenient to go by train, and there were lots of food nearby, so it was great for people who came on a trip to have a comfortable stay. I think I'll use it again next time I travel here. I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

I really searched around for airbnbs to accommodate my 10-day trip and instantly fell in love with this airbnb when I saw the listing! The host was accommodating to let me leave my luggage early so that I can head out to explore the beautiful Seoul! On top of that, the host was super responsive and helpful :) I loveeeee the space so much. It was so cozy, so peaceful, made me feel so at home! I wish my own apartment back home looked like that 😆 My experience was great! I even did some laundry and cooked some stuff :) The only confusing thing for me was Korea’s recycling system as a foreigner 😅 I will try to learn it better next time! The location was amazing, within the estate area, you can take 2 escalators down and it’s the subway station! Right outside the accoms, there’s an emart, chicken shops, noodle shops, coffee shops - everything! It’s also close to an olive young! And 2 stops away from Hongik stn, 1 stop from gimpo. Overall a 10/10 stay, I loved it 💖💖💖

This is my second time in Songdo, Yeonsu-gu, but the first time in Campus town appartment. It is a little bit farther away from tripple street and Hyundai Premium outlets, but still very central and it's very close to Yonsei campus. The appartment is on 45th floor and is just like the pictures on Airbnb. The appartment has a small kitchen with a fridge/freezer, stovetop and basically most of what you'd need, TV area and a separat sleeping area. It has a nice bathroom with a shower, heated toilet seat with bidet-functions, washer/dryer and different amenities - the host, Summer, has kindly provided hair- and faceproducts, q-tips etc and towels. If you like bigger towels, make sure to bring some yourself. Summer answers any question quickly and friendly. The area around the building complex is filled with different restaurants, GS's and food marts. It is approx. 5 mins from Campus town station exit 2 and about 10 min walk from Triple street. I would absolutely recommend this apt.

This is a real nice place; very close to a subway station and many walkable restaurants and cafes around, and the greatest thing is, very clean and well-maintained room. I strongly recommend whosever stay nearby, you won’t regret it. As soon as getting into the room, you ll feel you ll be very welcomed, the host arranged so many little things ready for her guest enjoyed their stay here. The best 👍

We have stayed here for several years in a row. And everything is always at the highest level. There is everything for life. The host puts water, juices, prs,vegetable oil. This is very convenient. I definitely recommend this apartment.

Due to home repairs, we needed a place for a family of four to settle into accommodation for a week. It was enough space for a family of four to stay, and in particular, several appliances and facilities were enough to visit without supplies. It was very close to several restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it was easy to use, and it was near the park road, so it was a very quiet environment.
