숙소는 청결하고 사장님이 친절하십니다. 근처에 편의점, 카페, 음식점 등이 있습니다. 방이 많고 거실이 넓어 대가족이 편하게 쉬다 가기에 좋습니다.

저희 가족 모두 Jae Won님의 공간이 정말 좋았어요. 처음 만난 장소 였지만 처음부터 익숙 하고 편안했어요. 공간의 기운이 다정하고 포근해서 처음 발을 들여 놓자마자 안심이 되는 그런 곳이였어요. 멋진데 다정 해서 유난스럽지 않게 친절한 친구 느낌. 공간의 분위기는 물론 (블루투스로 듣는 스피커 소리도 좋고 조명도 정말 맘에 들었음) 편리함도 부족한게 없이 좋았어요. 욕실의 온수나 수압도 정말 좋고 무엇보다도 하수구의 물빠짐도 시원하게 잘되어서 진짜 좋았어요 (사소한 부분 일 수 있지만 개인적으로 많이 신경 쓰는 부분임). 저희가 지내는 동안에 봄이지만 일교차가 좀 있었는데 밤에 난방도 잘 되고 잠자리도 편하고 해서 저희 가족 모두 숙면을 취했어요. 저희는 주로 택시를 이용 해서 다녔는데 큰길에서 멀지 않은 위치라 불편함 전혀 없었고 가까이에 버스 정류장도 있고 전철역도 걸어서 다닐만한 거리였어요. 그리고 숙소 주변 가까이 있는 개천이 정말 깨끗하고 좋아요. 마침 벚꽃이 피는 계절이여서 흐르는 물 위에 떨어진 꽃잎들 옆을 아침 저녁으로 산책을 하는데 꿈꾸듯 좋았어요. 근처 정릉 시장은 그리 크진 않지만 판매 하시는 물건들도 싱싱하고 가격도 좋고 모두 친절 하셨어요. 따로 요리를 해서 먹진 않았지만 골목 끝 어물전에서 해삼을 몇번이나 사다 먹었는데 진짜 싱싱하고 맛이 좋았어요. 일주일 머무는 동안 동네 목욕탕도 가보고 미용실도 이용 해보고 했는데 다 만족스러웠어요. 아무튼 다음에 또 서울에 오게 되면 다시 정릉을 찾을 것 같아요. 덧붙여 호스트님 매번 진짜 친절히 응대 해 주셔서 정말 감사드려요. 기회가 된다면 꼭 다시 이너시티에서 머무르고 싶어요.

🏠 住宿：10/10 房間超級舒適，整潔度滿分！一進門就聞到淡淡的香薰味，整個空間都充滿令人放鬆的香氣，真的讓人一入住就心情大好～ 🚇 位置： 雖然不在熱門景點旁邊，但實際超級方便！步行幾分鐘就到地鐵站，巴士也能直達各個地方，去弘大只要15分鐘，完全不用擔心交通問題！ 🌿 細節：家的感覺 房東真的很用心，房間每個角落都有精心佈置的裝飾品，還有綠植點綴，讓整個空間溫馨又有生機，完全像住在自己家一樣舒服！ 👭 適合女生入住 我們兩位女生入住，每人都有一個獨立的空間，非常方便！床品和浴室也超級乾淨，住得超級安心～ 💯 整體：絕對推薦！ 這次住宿體驗真的無可挑剔，房東的細心和房間的舒適度都讓我們印象深刻，下次來首爾一定會再選擇這裡！

호스트님이 정말 친절하시고 신속히 연락 주셔서 안심하고 잘 이용할 수 있었어요. 방이 두개나 있고 거실에 대형 티비와 큰 테이블도 있어서 티비도 보고 책도 읽기 좋았고, 저녁에 문밖에 나가면 쏟아질듯 많은 별과 공기를 가득 메운 개구리 소리가 정말 아름다웠어요. 조금 외진 곳이라 도심 만큼의 편리성은 다소 부족하더라도 그 덕에 훨씬 값진 경험을 가져갈 수 있는 곳이에요. 조금은 느리게 흘러가는 시간과 평화를 찾으신다면 추천 해요 :) 저는 2인이서 넓게 썼는데 단체 여행도 좋을 것 같아요 완전 넓고 드라이기도 두개에요 감사합니다 잘 묵고 갑니다!

화장실 2개, 방3개, 넓은 거실식탁 (8인) 이것들이 주 장점이며 아쉬움없이 전체적으로 만족합니다ㅎㅎ

호스트님께서 친절하게 안내해주셔서 좋았습니다. 인테리어도 멋지고 숙소가 너무 깔끔해서 편안하게 머물다가 왔어요. 숙소 근처에 예쁜 식당이나 카페도 많아서 위치 면에서도 매우 만족합니다.^^

Fue una estancia muy agradable en la que pudimos sentirnos muy cómodas y tranquilas. A pesar de que es un callejón angosto, porque así son todos en la zona, es un área agradable y segura, caminando un poco y tomando un camión se está en el metro, en la línea 2. Todo fue muy agradable y la anfitriona siempre estuvo al pendiente y recomendando cosas.

Truly a great apartment and location!

Awesome place with great views while still private and quiet. Close to super restaurants and public transport. Would definitely stay there again!

숙소 너무 깔끔하고 모든 것들이 갖춰져있습니다 다음에 묵게되면 다시 여기로 묵습니다

I really searched around for airbnbs to accommodate my 10-day trip and instantly fell in love with this airbnb when I saw the listing! The host was accommodating to let me leave my luggage early so that I can head out to explore the beautiful Seoul! On top of that, the host was super responsive and helpful :) I loveeeee the space so much. It was so cozy, so peaceful, made me feel so at home! I wish my own apartment back home looked like that 😆 My experience was great! I even did some laundry and cooked some stuff :) The only confusing thing for me was Korea’s recycling system as a foreigner 😅 I will try to learn it better next time! The location was amazing, within the estate area, you can take 2 escalators down and it’s the subway station! Right outside the accoms, there’s an emart, chicken shops, noodle shops, coffee shops - everything! It’s also close to an olive young! And 2 stops away from Hongik stn, 1 stop from gimpo. Overall a 10/10 stay, I loved it 💖💖💖

10/10 would recommend to friends and family. When I stay in Songdo, I will stay here!

I stayed here for a month and had an excellent experience! The house was always clean and neat, with complete cleaning materials provided, making it easy to maintain during my extended stay. Its minimalist design gave the space a modern and calming vibe. One of the standout features was the large window, offering breathtaking views of city lights, sunsets, the moon, and the skies—something I looked forward to every evening. The inclusion of a bidet added an extra level of comfort, and the property felt secure throughout my stay. The location was incredibly convenient, just a few steps from subway lines 1 and 6, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located, and thoughtfully designed place to stay—especially for longer visits! The host was also superb!
