Monthly Rentals in Sepulveda Pass

I spent 3 wonderful months at Russell’s place. The bedroom and the house have everything you need, and the attached bathroom is a plus. Everything was clean. The location was great: close to the 101 freeway, there was a Whole Foods and a nice Mexican joint right around the corner. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, even though there can be some traffic on the street. Parking on the street was free and easy. The only time I couldn’t find parking, Russell allowed me to park behind him, in his private parking spot. Russell was an amazing host, we shared meals together, he was always responsive and accommodating with different requests (changing the shower head for example) and he would give me recommendations about LA. Be careful, Russell has a lot of rules in the house, especially in the kitchen, but that wasn’t a problem for me as I’m a tidy person. Would totally recommend!

I stayed at this studio for a couple months while I was on student exchange and it was great! Jason and the team are super responsive and helpful. They are also very friendly. The place itself is cozy but has everything you need. Shops such as Target and Costco are near by as well which is very convenient. I would recommend this place.

This is such a great spot! You are a block up from the hub of the Valley, with everything you could need, but all that hustle and bustle is gone as soon as you walk back to the apartment. Beautiful, comfortable, peaceful and quiet, and such an aesthetically pleasing place. I spent over a year there and miss it already. Michelle was alway helpful and responsive. Perfect stay.
