Townhome vacation rentals in Serra de Tramuntana

My family sometimes has very different needs and this house met them all. It's big enough for everyone to have their own privacy, but it's still possible to sit together comfortably. You can choose between a sunny or shady spot at any time of day. The kitchen equipment is excellent. The rooms are lovely furnished, you immediately feel at home. The garage and the repair facilities for the bicycles were really helpful. A big plus point is the existing and working heating. Mallorca can be quite chilly sometimes at Easter. This house was warm and cozy. The internet is top. Thanks to Joana's previous advice, we visited good restaurants and always had an excellent meal. The supermarkets are close by, the sea is only a few steps away and you have a wonderful sea view from the balcony. As mentioned in other reviews the house next door is being renovated. This is no problem, because it was neither noisy nor dusty. Conclusion: We will come back if we are allowed to. Thank you Joana!

We had a fantastic time as a family with a toddler at Maria's house. It is exactly as described, and on top of that, incredibly clean. We got in so easily, and Maria even allowed us to check out later. And there are three great seating options outside: in front of the house where we enjoyed a lovely breeze and sunshine, in the back, right next to the kitchen, sheltered, or up on the balcony with a nice view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Valldemossa. The views from the balcony were great and we never tired from wandering the village streets either early morning or late evening after the day visitors had left. We accessed The Tramuntanas and walked a lot of the GR221 route which was well marked and maintained. The house was well equipped and we cooked all of our meals without an issue. Maria’s daughter Julia met us and check in was really easy. Would definitely look to stay again if back in the area.

We were warmly welcomed on arrival at Fabio's beautiful property by Fabio himself. Beautiful view of the apartment with many fruit trees all around that we were allowed to pick from. Eggs, oranges, grapefruits and lemons. The icing on the cake was that he had bought flags and balloons especially for our birthday son, so we had the pool (private pool. Not so clear from the description, but was really able to decorate for the tenants of the apartment). We were also allowed to borrow his Bluetooth speaker for the musical listening of the party. We had a wonderful holiday and felt very much at home with him on the property. Supermarket is within walking distance (2 min walk). Boulevard about a fifteen-minute walk. Good base for trips in the N-W and N-O v/h island. Certainly subject to repetition!

We had a wonderful holiday in this great holiday home in Mallorca! The house is very spacious and has three different terraces – on the upper terraces you can enjoy a fantastic view of the bay and the sea. Especially in the morning with the first coffee, this view was simply magnificent. The house was very clean upon our arrival. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms as well as an additional guest toilet. Particularly convenient: one of the bathrooms is directly connected to the master bedroom. The decor is tastefully chosen, and the couch in the living room invites you to relax – super cozy! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and didn't want to leave at all. We would highly recommend this house!

She was an incredibly nice host! Due to weather there was a possibility of us having our flight delayed or cancelled and with a young family this was a cause for concern but Margarita allayed our fears with her flexibility on check out and even offered for us to stay longer if required! Very nice lady indeed!

Great accommodation. Having two bathrooms was really helpful. The patio area was lovely. Walkable to city centre which we did several times. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We used public transport and taxis which were great. Would recommend.

Village house with charm in a mountain village with charm. Quiet and beautifully located. The church tower clock did not bother us. Communication with Ambika worked very well. We had a lovely week hiking here.

Everything as described.

We loved our stay. Lenka so responsive and helpful. The house is charming and the outside terrace is a wonderful place to just sit with a cup of tea or to have a BBQ. Everything was comfortable and felt very welcoming. We’ve already decided to come back in the summer if we can! A couple of points: it’s a very steep (but very quick) walk back from town and if you have toddlers I would not recommend as the stairs are very steep. We have a 7 year old and a non-crawling baby so found it fine but I think a very small kid on the move would be stressful! A wonderful week with a great host.

Lilja has a beautiful home in Fornalutx. I would suggest meeting the caretaker to be shown to the house for the first time. The route down the mountain is preferred vs coming to the house from in town. The house was perfect size for six adults and a baby. The pool was a great spot to relax for the day or after a day of adventuring. Walking to the village for meals was convenient and fun. We would definitely return.

Very nice atypical house, spacious and very well equipped... ideal for 7 people with 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Located in the center of the island it is perfect for sightseeing, you can even get to Palma by train. Very nice hosts (when we arrived we had 1 "gourmet basket") and very responsive in case of problems. Thank you for a very successful stay.

Liebe Sancha, we had a very nice time in Deià and would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to spend their time in Mallorca in peace. You actually don't get much from mass tourism, because the place is in a quiet corner. Deià as well as the surrounding towns of Valldemossa and Soller are beautiful and worth a visit. The place surprised us positively and our expectations were exceeded. The house makes you feel right at home. The only drawback is the parking situation, fortunately we were able to park on a gravel court nearby (where the large garbage cans are). We would come back.

A beautiful house, in the middle of the old town. Great equipped. Nevertheless, you have your peace and quiet. The standard is very high and Stella has very good taste. Everything is new and in good shape. There are many small shops and good gastronomy in the immediate neighborhood. The weekly market is literally outside the front door. It is advisable to drink a good red wine before going to bed in the evening, as the church is right next door and unfortunately also rings the time at night. 😂 We really enjoyed the time and would love to come back. Stella probably has other great places to stay on the island that we will certainly visit again.

Had a great stay at Hajo's. The house is great and you can get everywhere quickly.

We enjoyed the time very much 😊 the accommodation is well equipped even for a longer stay. There were three of us in winter and very glad there was a heater away from the usual air conditioners. Communication with Susanne was the way you want it. Friendly, clear, fast and well organized. Thank you for the great time!

We booked the place very spontaneously, Bridgette was super nice and let us drop off the stuff before the specified time. She was able to answer all our questions quickly. The place & the accommodation were very charming & the mountains beautiful. Highly recommend

Comfortable and very complete house. Spacious, bright, modern furnishings. 2 bathrooms with spacious shower. Good beds and pillows(plenty of choice). Kitchen fully furnished in terms of appliances and kitchen accessories. Everything is there!Garden with good seating furniture and cozy corners. Sturdy spacious dining table, nice lounge sofa. 2 cockpit and sun loungers. Garden at the park well maintained, and nicely landscaped. 2 swimming pools on the property. Rooftop terrace overlooking the park. This period (end of April to the beginning of May) it was very quiet, hardly occupancy of other surrounding houses. In the high season, this may be different. Send instructions for route and access perfectly for videos via the app. Super clear. Communication with Marianella perfect. Is immediately ready to offer solution. We enjoyed it!

We were travelling as a group of seven family and friends from the UK and Dallas mainly as two of us were racing at the new Utmb Mallorca trail running race which was taking place. Colin’s place was ideal as the house was just a few minutes walk from the main square which was where the race was starting. We loved the house and garden, stylish, comfortable, and an ideal location for shops and restaurants. The wine, milk and snacks were a very welcoming addition on our arrival even though the wine didn’t get drunk as the wine drinker in the group wasn’t drinking due to their upcoming race:-) We had a wonderful stay in Soller and enjoyed a local olive oil tour at Can Det, dining out at some fabulous restaurants in both Soller and Port de Soller, hiking is stunning in the area and pottering around in the shops was fun. Mallorca is a favourite place to visit and we always enjoy our visits to the island. Colm’s home is beautiful. We also would like to thank him for being so responsive to us

Such an amazing home to stay in for the weekend. Clean, cozy, great location, and very simple & easy instructions for the self check in. Beautiful home, the pictures do not show how nice it truly is. Would stay again if visiting Mallorca in the future.
