Simply unforgettable! The house is a true haven with an unbelievable view of so beautiful — it looks like a movie scene! Each moment there was special, and much of it is due to host Sheila, who welcomed us with great sympathy and proactivity. From the beginning, she was always available, taking care of every detail so that our stay would be perfect. Nor can I fail to thank Elsa and Cida, who were extremely cordial, considerate and kind. It is remarkable the affection with which they take care of everything. I recommend with my eyes closed and I miss you already!

The house is very well taken care of, very close to the center of Serra Negra (6-7 minutes). Well spacious town, legal leisure area and one of the rooms still has a crib! We enjoyed it a lot and we intend to go back, Maria Amélia gave all the instructions of the house, it was pretty cool!

We love the ap 304, it really is very spacious and cozy, sofa and very soft colchoes. The building is close to the center of Serra Negra so to do almost everything without a car, we had a problem with the gas that ended it but Sonia quickly solved everything for us. I only recommend that you take a pillow, as the ap are quite withered, we were told to bring only bedding, so we took the pillows and suffered a lot from it. The rest we have nothing to complain about, stay note 10!!

We return from this holiday enchanted with the flat. Extremely clean, with impeccable and quality bed, table and bath items. Air conditioning in all rooms and kitchen equipped with all utensils. The sofa bed in the lounge is also comfortable and as there is a large window the blackout curtain makes all the difference. As we went with pet, she already left the environment without the carpets, which made it easier for us and left items available for our pet as well. You can see the care of the hosts at home detail of the apt. Without any doubt, I will return and recommend it. Thank you.

I needed a break, I went with my husband and children and we loved it, well located(defrent from the Ademar square of barros), great place to walk the night , since it is open until late at night. everything very organized, the apartment is vintage but nothing we reprove , as a suggestion , would only improve the shower, everything else very wonderful, kitchen with everything you need, internet, parking, delicious heated pool and sauna (I did not use the sauna , but there is), an absurd silence in the apartment , I slept like never ....

Wonderful apartment, all clean, complete kitchen for those who want to save.. Near the main square, close to the Christ, close to the Balneário. With internet available. I went with wife and two children and we were in love, if possible we will be back again for sure.

Bruna's apartment is exactly the same as in the pictures, a quiet and very wooded place. It's very airy and clean. If you choose, it offers you bed and bath linens. The apartment is about a five-minute drive to downtown. We like it so much that this is our second stay in it. I recommend it.

Apto is beautiful, located in the best street of AL, with a beautiful view of the main square, close to restaurants, pharmacies, seaside, Mirante, etc. It is not very large but comfortably fits 4 guests. The town house in the center, close to everything, Alan's mother left us a super cafe with cupcake and everything. the ap is big and comfortable. gave so much to enjoy the Carnival when to rest.
