We are in Umbria, in the municipality of Gubbio, a few kilometers from the E45. Large open space on the ground floor, with independent entrance and direct access to the garden. THERE IS NO KITCHENETTE. It is part of a villa completely surrounded by greenery. Just 2 km from the historic center of Gubbio, with private parking. The accommodation is new, equipped with heating, linens and towels, a coffee maker, kettle for tea and herbal teas and hairdryer. Tourist tax is payable on site.
