Staying in this apartment was like feeling at home, but in a wonderful house, nestled in a pine forest overlooking the sea. Francesco was always present and available with us and helped us move around the island and introduced us to other magnificent people. From the start, he gave us his love for the island and made us fall in love, giving us advice and telling us stories. Everything is perfect in the apartment. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked and the house is really quiet. If I could, I would come back tomorrow.

The house is very spacious, comfortable and being on the sea very ventilated. The view is great, the access to the sea is not very comfortable, but if you like rocks it is fantastic.

Our stay was perfect!! The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need!! The location is very convenient, a stone's throw from the beach, easily walkable to the seafront or restaurants and bars. Excellent possibility of parking below the house. The two hosts are kind and very helpful, the directions clear and precise. We needed to check in early in the morning and postpone check-out and stay in the apartment until evening and our request was accepted and fulfilled. We are very satisfied!!

Lidia's apartment is large and is wonderfully located a few steps away from the sea. Everything is available in terms of equipment. You can use both a terrace for yourself in front of the house or stay in the communal garden behind the house by the sea. But the very best part of our stay is that we met Lidia and her dog Judy. Lidia is such a heartfelt, generous and warm-hearted woman, which has beautified our stay. She helped us with numerous tips on great regional specialties and also supported and translated information in everyday life. In addition, she was very generous with various regional delicacies. Judy is a very sweet dog and is a good time, so we felt very safe. It was wonderful to get to know life on site and the people there, but at the same time you also have your privacy and can retreat at any time. We had a great time, thank you Lidia!

We loved everything about our stay, proximity to the beach and all the outdoor areas to relax in and the rooftop for some morning yoga and an evening drink was sublime.

Maria is a great hostess. Her house is so great. I would recommend it to everyone. We had a very nice vacation as a family.

Giuseppina's apartment was large, bright, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. The large rooms also had an equally spacious balcony. Comfortable kitchen with everything you need. The area was quiet, but at the same time comfortable with a restaurant and bar around the corner. We were able to move around Manfredonia always on foot. Just a short walk along the sea to be downtown. We had a great time! Giuseppina also left us information for the surrounding areas to find and was always helpful and kind! Thank you!

The home can be tricky to find. There is an unmarked locked gate with a pathway that leads to the marked door. The locked gate can be difficult to unlock and lock as well. Overall, it was great and we would stay there again. The neighborhood is beautiful, walkable, and has very friendly and helpful neighbors. Make sure to stop by Enzo's studio (number 38) and see his fantastic work!

we stayed with Andrea for 1 week and felt very comfortable. The beach is right outside the terrace door, which was mega convenient with children. We actually didn't use the pool often. the kitchen equipment could be a bit more, otherwise you have to rinse everything with 4 people after each meal, so that there is enough cutlery etc. for next time. thank you for everything 😊

The apartment as well as the entire complex incl. Pool and beach is great. Clean, modern, cozy. The host is very friendly and accommodating. The location is very quiet and just right if you want to spend a couple of relaxing and relaxing days.

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

Clean and tidy apartment, it has a large shaded terrace that can be used from breakfast to dinner, with views of the pool and sea. From the terrace you can access a small garden that leads directly to the pool. A short walk from Via Verde, the bike path on the seafront of the Trabocchi coast.

Great beachfront place to stay that we highly recommend. Rooftop terrace, sunsets, games (darts was high in the class with our children), well-equipped kitchen, nearby Osservatorio ornitologico, good location for excursions to the mountains, wonderful hosts - we enjoyed our spring holidays to the fullest and will be happy to come back. everything is nice, and the location with a parking space on the main road in front of the beach...I recommend going in times of low wind to be able to take advantage of the cliff and part from the cabin to Rhodes👏

Extremely quiet area, facing the free beach of Turin di Sangro with stones (not sand) perfect for a relaxing vacation enjoying the sea and the beauty of the overflow coast. Romina’s beach house was a beautiful spot just next to the public beach and bike/walking path. Romina and her husband greeted us at check in and gave us all of the instructions as well as recommendations for the local area. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, even beach umbrellas for the adjacent public beach. We enjoyed the outdoor space for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening. The house was in a locked, gated community that felt very safe both day and night. We were within walking distance to beaches, lidos, restaurants, and a short drive to the old town of Vasto. Romina was a gracious host with great communication throughout. We hope to return someday!

i spent a week with my family. Since the days before check-in, Michele was very helpful and accurate. Great location, you can walk to restaurants and beach. the house offers a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, really comfortable. everything was great, the only small inconvenience was that the Wi-Fi was blocked, although Michele immediately tried to activate the technical assistance, it did not go back. For the rest, everything was great.

For those looking for peace and relaxation, this apartment is perfect. The images don't do it at all. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood on the first floor. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of palm trees and the sea. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay, we didn't miss anything. The beach is really just a few walk away. During our time here we often had it to ourselves and there it is perfect for relaxing. Our children were thrilled to have so much space to play. Carmine and Maria were the best hosts we've had so far. They were always very friendly and attentive. We fell in love with the area and will definitely be back! Thanks Carmine and Maria!
