Sublime hôtel particulier de 1903, crée par un grand architecte et entièrement réhabilité en 2020 par monsieur Hervé Delouis, brillant architecte clermontois. Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère. At Manoir Delarue you will find the perfect French getaway. The gîte is spacious, comfortable and beautifully finished with natural materials. Open plan accommodation spread over three floors; first floor master bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with big bath tub and office area, stairs leading to an open mezzanine bedroom with two single beds. The gîte also has a ground floor sofabed with direct access to the wet room. Private entrance, terrace area and garden access.

Beautiful mill from 1880, tastefully renovated in the Sioule Valley. This 205 m2 high-end cottage, fully equipped, is accessible by a 150 m path. Its 6000 m2 plot, where you can see the Château Rocher, runs along the Sioule River with direct access. Unique haven of peace to rest and reconnect with nature. It welcomes you with friends and family for many outdoor discoveries/activities. Cell phones have some reception in the entrance of the mill and otherwise outside.

Beautiful master's house, 600 m from an 8-hectare body of water, 2 km from the Gorges de la Sioule for fishing, canoeing or tree climbing; located in a quiet village, with bar/restaurant just 15 minutes from the A71. 2 km via ferrata, an educational farm. Groups of young people are excluded, house reserved only for families or couples of friends. Sheets not provided but possible and deposit on arrival and returned on departure. See house manual.

"This apartment "Le SANCY, located on the 1st floor, offers 61 m² of modern comfort. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, Senseo, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils. The kitchen is open to a bright living room with TV. The owners put their large garden at your disposal to relax in the heart of nature. We also have a 2nd accommodation on the ground floor.

Typical Auvergne bread oven with breakfast

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.

Chalet des Anges

Nice 50 square meter cottage, completely new, located on the edge of a private pond. Come and enjoy the calm of the countryside in a rental equipped for your comfort: washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Ideal location 5 minutes from the Saint-Eloy lake and the Sioule gorges. Fishing is allowed (but equipment is not provided), according to the principle of no-kill fishing. Thank you for your understanding.
