Beautiful mill from 1880, tastefully renovated in the Sioule Valley. This 205 m2 high-end cottage, fully equipped, is accessible by a 150 m path. Its 6000 m2 plot, where you can see the Château Rocher, runs along the Sioule River with direct access. Unique haven of peace to rest and reconnect with nature. It welcomes you with friends and family for many outdoor discoveries/activities. Cell phones have some reception in the entrance of the mill and otherwise outside.

Beautiful master's house, 600 m from an 8-hectare body of water, 2 km from the Gorges de la Sioule for fishing, canoeing or tree climbing; located in a quiet village, with bar/restaurant just 15 minutes from the A71. 2 km via ferrata, an educational farm. The kitchen is open to a bright living room with TV. The owners put their large garden at your disposal to relax in the heart of nature. We also have a 2nd accommodation on the ground floor.

"La Retirance" (the dwelling in Bourbonnais dialect) is a renovated country house located in Bourbonnais, offering peace and tranquility with a vast plot of 2000 m², ideal for relaxing moments. The land is bordered by hedges, which clearly delineates the space, but monitoring is recommended if you are coming with a dog. Easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A71 highway. It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.
