Josep and Isabel have a beautiful house in a quiet area. it is quite a ride to the top if you are not used to it, but it is definitely worth it. Furthermore, they are fantastic hosts who always take the time to answer your questions or provide some tips. The hot tub in the garden is also a very nice extra. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a place near Olot.

We had a spectacular stay. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature and very quiet, ideal for resting. The house is very comfortable, spacious, well equipped and cared for in every detail. We felt right at home the moment we arrived. We would definitely come back!

This place is absolutely magical. The property is beautiful and unique, and the host is incredibly warm and welcoming. Montse was so kind, she even made us a delicious soup after I mentioned to her that my travel companion was not feeling too well! we enjoyed the quiet, took a dip in the wood fired hot tub, and would have loved to have stayed for longer.

Locatire d 'Au cairn 3 + Aucairn 5, we thank the host for his warm welcome, his good advice, and his availability! Very good stay near the plateau of Beille, which is easily accessible. The 2 cottages rented met our expectations (group of 8 adults and 4 children), the very spacious living room of gite 5 allowed us to be able to meet, while having space! Thanks again to the host. The stay was perfect, starting from booking of the location until seeing perfect interior. The house leaves authentic rustic vibe, with historic features, while all amenities are up to date and give you perfect comfort. The beds are new and great feel, not too soft, not too hard. The kitchen has everything you need. Everything is clean and feels like home. We visited in December, and the house was warm and cozy during the cold outside times. The area surrounding offers beautiful space for walking, with both little villages and houses as well as fields and forests. The little sports area was also good size and good fun. If you come with kids - then they will have plenty fun. Location is secluded but same time very connected to multiple objects of interest, and we had amazing time visiting Girona (l<15 minutes away) and beach, volcano area, waterfalls and of course around just 1h drive till center of Barcelona. And above all Isabelle - GREAT host - always helpful, yet non-intrusive.

The space was very functional and clean, with a beautiful exterior. Our stay was lovely. The house is located in a rural area, it takes at least 15 min by car to get to tourist spots. Hosts are concerned about our well-being and check in regularly.

We spent a few days with friends in one place. We have no complaints. Everything was great. We would highly recommend it.

Beautiful retreat in costa brava! Very unique home with so much history and charm. Pool was great. Only problem is there were no towels provided for the pool. So we bought some and left them for future visitors. Only other thing I would recommend is consider time of year for your visit. It does get a little warm with no AC. Very short drive to a lot of amazing beaches. Winery right next door was great!

We stayed with Olivier et Sophie for 11 days in April and very satisfied. Cozy little house with wood stove that we needed in the first days in the evening. You can hike directly from the accommodation, but you should bring some fitness. For dinner by car, it's 10 minutes to Ceret. Olivier was very helpful and a successful vacation for us with our dog Lotte!

We had a most wonderful two-week stay at this unique house full of charm and soul. The house is beautiful and spacious, the kitchen is super lovely and well-equipped to gather for memorable family meals, children have so much to discover with the playroom and the garden, and the surroundings are very special with many gorgeous walking trails nearby and with ski slopes just a short drive away. Pat and her husband were great hosts, they were always responsive and we especially appreciated that they accommodated our family’s needs and responded right away to quickly resolve any questions or issues we had (which is not easy considering the house is not in a big city and solutions might not always be quick). Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very nice house and a place with a lot of charm

Unbeatable value for money. The house is very well equipped and the kitchen has everything you need. The person who manages it was very friendly and quickly responded to our needs. We had a fantastic stay. Highly recommended to spend a few days surrounded by nature.

We've been a group of 10 and all of us felt right at home. Helga has been at all times close, discreet and friendly. All rooms were very clean and tidy. And with all that we could need. Before going there she already told us about places and things to do nearby. The environment is great! Although we are adults, we were able to see that the house is very ready to go with a rogue. Looking forward to repeating!!

Our stay was great! We came for 2 days hiking and had everything needed. Fanny is extremely responsive. Since we hiked to the house all the way from Prades, Fanny kindly offered to bring our groceries by car in advance which was extremely kind of her.

Our family went to Spain for our son's wedding. We fell in love with the house and the surrounding areas. The host father was who greeted us and we couldn't have asked for better. Would love to visit again and stay for longer to take advantage of all the hiking available in the area.

I was with my family to celebrate my birthday and it was three great days. A detail to find us the standing table and radiators in the connected rooms. Communication with Laia and her excellent mother. It was a pleasure to enjoy these days in Can Genari. I hope to be back soon!! Thank you ☺️

A very nice house in a very special and quiet place. It's a totally renovated and very welcoming farmhouse. Pepi is a beautiful person, very attentive and very kind. Highly recommended!
