Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the renovation has resulted in an apartment attached to a swimming pool and an attached two-story house. The house and garden complex, plus the surrounding forest, could be defined as a combination of medieval civil architecture, updated with modern materials and design details.

The house is supplied with solar energy and well water and is heated with firewood from the same farm. In a nearby house you will find the farmers who take care of a herd of goats from which they make cheeses. There are also horses, chickens, dogs, vegetable gardens and fruit trees.
