Near the apartment (2 min walking) there's a very big "Yerevan City Supermarket" working 24/7, KFC, and many pharmacies, exchange centers, clothing stores etc. It will take only 10 minutes by metro to city center (Republic square).

In the garden we have a large terraca, summer kitchen and BBQ zone. In the kitchens we have all the neccesaryy stuff such as plates, pots etc. Cleanliness and high comfort are guaranteed.
