Vacation rentals with a firepit in Shannon

This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

Place was absolutely adorable! We loved the fireplace. It was so nice sitting in front of it. Hosts would answer questions when we asked about the area. Very accommodating and only 15 minutes from Old Quebec. Make sure you take a drive around the island get definitely stop at the chocolate shop. Our favorite grocery store was IGA….the pastry’s were amazing. We definitely would come back and stay here if given the chance to do so. Thank you, Gary & Lisa

Great value for money. Everything that made a pleasant stay was available: coffee, soap, extra sheet, equipped kitchen, etc.

First time traveling outside the U.S. and am very happy we chose to celebrate our 2 year anniversary at Melanie’s! Very quiet (the “busy” road other reviewers complained about was NOT an issue whatsoever). We slept very well on the comfy bed, fast internet, and had everything we needed. The bathtub/shower was amazing with great water temperature and pressure. I easily made coffee with the keurig and just made sure to pick up cream. You can hear the river and it was very relaxing. The smart TV has Netflix and other streaming services. Definitely worth the money. Close to Quebec city, a grocery store, hiking spots, pharmacies, and restaurants. Can’t wait to study French and come back to Quebec soon! :)

We spent a few days with the family at Manon's. This is a real warm, well-equipped, clean holiday home! Manon is welcoming and gives all the information you need. The village is cute and peaceful and there is a grocery store close to the house. We enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was spotless and provided with all that we would need during a stay. There was a beautiful view of the river and you could see the slopes of the Massif. Manon answered questions quickly and accurately. In short, beautiful rental, beautiful chalet. No complaints.

Our stay in Quebec was great. The place was as described and in a location easy to get around- from restaurants and grocery to local shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Host was very communicative when needed. It was clean, and homey. Love that there's a washer and dryer. A couple blocks from grocery store. Not walking distance to center or touristy areas but a good 5-10 min uber ride which worked for my family. It was a comfortable stay during Christmas. My only complaint is that the rooms were so tiny there wasn't even any room to open my suit case. Other than that I have no real complaints.

WoW really beautiful. Host is very quick to respond to our questions. The chalet is ultra equipped really easy to use. The equipment guidelines are really accurate. There is nothing lacking so much in terms of cooking utensils, dishes cauldrons, etc. The towels are in incredible quantities. Wipe everything, toilet paper cleaning supplies soap etc. We had a great time and are definitely going back. For check-in my instructions are clear with all the required door codes and WiFi. This place is a little paradise. The Spa the sauna the double whirlpool bath. OMG, everything was perfect. Thank you so much Jonathan for this beautiful house. I even told my spouse that I was linking you a home like your own. Thank you so much. We were 10 people and we had all the space we wanted.

It was our second stay at the cabin and we will be back! Such an amazing view right in the middle of amazing bike trails!

The place was absolutely gorgeous. A spacious villa for every group. We had a great time, strongly recommend.

Very nice cottage all wood as in the photos, we loved the central fireplace and the very accessible hot tub. Perfect for our stay with two couples and children. Only small downside to the sound insulation, the wooden walls /floors of the bedrooms are very thin, namely.
