Modern eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden, sogar eine Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle. Direkt am Gebäude ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, welcher das nötigste verkauft. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war immer zuverlässig und Anworten kamen nach wenigen Minuten. Der Eingangsbereich war stets durch Personal besetzt, welcher immer sehr hilfsbereit war. Sehr sauberer und bewachter Pool, welcher leider als einziges Manko schon mittags im Schatten steht.

Before to checkin in apartment i was little worried that how it will go everything But big thanks for Mr. Fahad who make my stay in apartment very easy and very comfortable Mr. Fahad always reply me quickly and with detailed and true information about apartment and once i checkin after Mr. Fahad’s team man Mr. Mathew helped me for everything about apartment , but i didn’t face any problem regarding apartment, everything was perfect and everything was available in apartment and specially the location of Apartment is super good , just walking distance of the most beautiful beach in Dubai , which is called Jbr beach and also walking distance of Marina lake So you don’t need to take taxi for at least Jbr beach and Marina which is both important tourist places in Dubai I recommend 100% to go with eyes close for stay in Mr. Fahad’s apartment and you will never regret and your payment will worth it Mr. Fahad and Mr. Mathew both are super kind and very helpful person

I booked this apartment for my Grandparents and they loved it !!! I had the chance to see it myself—and it was great! The apartment is very new, super clean, and the view is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect with everything you need nearby—very convenient. Ai Mee was fantastic! She responded quickly and was always available whenever we had questions. Truly appreciated her hospitality. Highly recommend!

Wundervolle Aussicht. burj Khalifa und Dubai Mall zu Fuss erreichbar. Es hat zeei tolle Pools und einen Fitnessraum bei dem man zugang hat. Sehr einfach Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und einfach Regelung des Check-in und Check-outs.

Stayed in the dream space accommodation in Dubai. It is very close to the Burj building and Dubai mall. You can actually see the Burj from the balcony. The place was large, spacious with all amenities. Easily can accommodate 8. There are 3 full baths, that make it even more appealing. The bathrooms were clean. Everything you need to stay is provided . To top it all, it was fairly inexpensive. I would recommend it for anyone visiting Dubai.

The property was lovely, great location and view, the host was super responsive. I would definitely book another stay in this apartment. Some minor things need addressing for example sick in the bathroom was blocked so water took a while to drain, the curtains had come off the track and small damp patch in one of the bathrooms but like I said minor and does not take away from the lovely apartment and I would definitely return. Thank you
