My house is located on the shoreline of Lac-à-la Tortue in an enchanting setting . 20 min from the national park. 10 minutes from the city . I offer an apartment on the ground floor with full amenities . You have access to the small cottage on the lakefront , outdoor BBQ, nautical boats (kayaking and pedal boat ) . Large parking. Chalet on the edge of the Saint-Maurice River, admire the river through its large windows, located on a private estate of 130 hectares, warm comfort, wood stove in the open area, heated floors, 2 heat pumps, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 4 very comfortable beds and in the basement, board games and a television with several DVDs. On the property there are several activities, go see the alpacas, horses, access to a private beach, 5 km trail, 2 waterfalls and a cascade etc.

The warm will seduce you with its most comforting atmosphere. The chalet has an indoor wall-mounted electric fireplace and an outdoor wood-burning fireplace. The Gîte des Érables (CITQ.294286) is located near the National Park. You'll love the place for its nature, tranquility and comfort. Pets are allowed (to be discussed with the owner). My vacation rental is good for business travelers, families (with kids). The owner lives on the 2nd floor but is very respectful of guests. He has no access to the first floor when rented. You'll feel right at home.
