Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep. Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.

Less than a mile from the Peavy Arboretum gateway to McDonald Forest and an easy 15 minute drive to Corvallis and OSU, this stand-alone guest suite offers the peace of the outdoors with the close proximity of the city. With a studio style bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and off street parking, guests have the privacy and freedom to come and go as they please. This spacious 1000 Sq ft guest suite with private bath has flexible furnishings that can be set up to create a cozy movie/popcorn night or open up for morning yoga. Hiking trails leave from your door into an expansive park. We are an urban farm garden and have chickens and goats. Visit on Tuesday evenings (May - Oct) to enjoy a local farmers market on the property. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We respect diversity and inclusion. It has a private entrance and is up 1 flight of stairs. The apartment is quiet and comes wifi and TV. The route 6 bus stop is right across the street. Lincoln Block House - No Cleaning Fee

Lincoln Block House is a beautiful, comfortable cabinish home in the heart of the Willamette Valley. We are a day trip away from the Oregon Coast, the mountains or the city. We are in SW Albany so super easy to get onto Highway 34 and get yourselves to OSU campus. We are also 45 mins away from U of O Campus. My husband and I built this house ourselves and would love to share its special charm with you. A true home away from home.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Close to town but far enough away to have your own space, come stay at this rustic little tiny home on half an acre. We live in the main house so we are nearby if you have any questions or need recommendations, otherwise enjoy the space to yourself.
