Vacation rentals in Shelby County

There was a group of 6 of us that stayed for 4 nights. The space was immaculately clean, beautiful decor/architecture, and absolutely perfect for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the couch with a perfect fire to keep us warm. The bathrooms were BEAUTIFUL. The showers were possibly the best I have ever experienced. Stunning and very well thought out. I used to work at many Four Seasons Hotels & Ritz Carlton Hotels. “Bottled In Bond” meets or exceeds that level of luxury. Thank you Ben for a very memorable reunion with old friends!

My friends and I had an awesome weekend at Bourbon Country Lodge. Can’t beat the location as it is a short drive to downtown Louisville but also very private and peaceful. The hosts were very friendly, responsive and accommodating. Would certainly return!

David was a great host, very responsive, clear instructions. I felt cared for. Everything was clean and taken care of. I loved that there was ice in the freezer. I had a relaxing time staying there.

We had a great time! Our first impression was "so pleased" & that describes our stay. Loved the peace & quiet, but we were so close to places we wanted to visit. Very clean. Plenty of seating. We had family over for a meal. Impressed with the amount & variety of spices, etc. that were provided. Having the use of the garage was a bonus. We did fine with Wi-Fi & TV streaming which for us was a miracle! It was a wonderful homecoming & we look forward to a return visit.

Kathy’s place was the perfect retreat for our girls getaway. The house was immaculate and the beds were comfy. It’s a home that is thoughtfully decorated and supplied in every way. It far exceeded our expectations and was one of our favorite Airbnbs of all time! We are already looking forward to coming back again sometime when the weather is warmer and we can enjoy the outdoor spaces as much as we enjoyed the inside.

Katie's condo was perfect for our annual trip to KY. The space was very accommodating and had everything we needed. The condo was conveniently located near a grocery store and restaurants. Katie was very friendly and gave us great local recommendations. I will certainly look to stay with Katie again next year.

This location was great, close enough to downtown but not too busy by the home. Our host Erin was super helpful and the home was clean and cozy. There was only 2 of us, so it was perfect size. 😊

Emily's home was very clean with beautiful views. It is a perfect seasonal getaway, with clean beds/linens, great bathrooms/showers, and a fully stocked kitchen. We particularly liked the outdoor firepit. I would definitely consider Emily's place again in the future.

Our extended family had a great 5 night stay during Christmas at the Bourbon Bootlegger. The 9 of us had plenty of space to spread out but we were able to enjoy meals together at the large dining room table. This is the best stocked Airbnb I have ever stayed in- from dishes to towels to household goods. There was plenty of dry firewood, the hot tub was always heated and the charging stations next to all of the beds was a nice perk. The hosts have really thought of everything. We referenced their guide for locating the grocery store and suggested restaurants. The property has a nice remote farm feel but still close enough to take advantage of many spots on the Bourbon Trail. I would highly recommend for both families and friend get aways.
