Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Shenandoah Valley

Bruce and Vania are amazing Hosts!!! My son and I were visiting DC for the first time. Communication was easy and we were allowed to check our bags in early to start exploring. We walked everywhere from the house. Very safe. The home was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. I slept so well, the bed was soft cozy and soft. The breakfast these two amazing humans provide is unbelievable. Homemade scones, crepes, fruit,egg dish, fresh squeezed juice and Chemex coffee!!! It felt like we were transported to another country. These two truly love to host and know how to make their guests feel special. We felt like we were visiting old friends. They even drove us to Union Station, to catch our train. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay but more importantly anyone looking for amazing experience and connection with great people that still exist in this world. This is a 10 STAR stay. So thankful we found it!!!

We had an incredible stay at this cozy home in a lovely neighborhood. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. What truly made our experience exceptional were the amazing hosts—they were welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Loved staying here! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and cozy—everything you want an AirBnB to be! We enjoyed the bird-watching from the porch in the morning and loved that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook up some big meals after hiking. We would come back again! Thanks for a peaceful stay!

I truly enjoyed staying at Stephani’s wonderful home. It was comfortable, very clean and beautifully furnished. I enjoyed hearing about the history of the farm. I appreciated all of Stephanie‘s thoughtfulness in making me feel at home. Highly recommended.

This was a perfect stay for us! Keith was a generous and responsive host who immediately made us feel right at home. The space was super clean and location convenient for our evening event. Keith greeted us in person and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and friendly conversation in the morning. Easy parking, clear and detailed messages, and the kindness of Keith contributed to a wonderful memory. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Angelica is an excellent host, very clear with communications and quick to respond to questions. The space was perfect, well equipped, clean and comfortable. There’s a lot of love scattered throughout the space with snacks, drinks, pet treats and other little essentials. We will stay here again….

David was a fantastic host. We felt completely at ease for our 6 nights of stay. It was a clean place with all the needed amenities such as heater, AC, iron & iron board etc which we needed for our work associated stay. What I liked the most was access to Netflix & Amazon Prime on the two TV screens. We could unwind after long day of work in leisurely fashion. The overall experience definitely made it feel like home away from home! :)

Had a wonderful time staying at the Brick house Inn! The Ohio room was very nice, the bed comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely amazing! It's the perfect place to stay in Gettysburg, just walk out the door into town.

Our stay was all we had hoped for. The location is back in the woods a bit, where it is peaceful and beautiful. The cabin is tastefully done and quite attractive. Sally was an excellent hostess and was responsive in all matters. She even went the extra mile by finding another place for us to stay after we made an error on our reservations. Sally was interesting to talk with and was warm and friendly at all times. All our expectations were met and even exceeded.

This was our second stay with Linda and Putter and we expect more in the future! Highlights for us are the incredible breakfasts, the big bathtub, and the exceptional warmth and hospitality of our hosts. They went the extra mile to make our trip special and we really appreciated it. Everything was comfortable and clean and we had a great view of the stars at night from the balcony. As far as location goes, it's about 30 minutes to an hour to most of the popular hiking destinations on Skyline Drive. We also liked Shenandoah River State Park for a change of pace during peak bluebell season. Linda's food really is the best we've had in the area but we enjoyed West Main Market's sandwiches and beer garden after day on the trails.

VERY friendly owner who will communicate quickly and fully. I'm an introvert and they were very kind about the hours I spent locked in the room. There is a diner at the bottom of the hill that is very "down home" but makes a perfect breakfast any time of day for $6.50. I didn't bring a car and walked to all edges of the town. There any many churches, restaurants, coffee shops, etc all within a 20 minute casual sidewalk walk. The internet in the home is fast. Bathroom was wonderfully clean and the house was very quiet at night. The AC is in the room and you can control it. Backyard and sun room are a nice place to switch up during a work day. Owner made breakfast every morning until I mentioned I needed to explore the town.

This was the second time we stayed at Heritage Hill B&B. We loved it so much we came back and brought friends. It was just as nice the second time. We stayed in the Blue room last year and the Gold room this year. Both are beautifully decorated. We also had use of the living room and the patio with fireplace. Scott had a fire ready after our day of hiking and visiting wineries. The views are breathtaking. Dana makes a gourmet breakfast each morning and they both provide great ideas of things to do and see. We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect location for a girls’ weekend! My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The kitchen and dining areas were spacious, and the outdoor area was great for grilling and spending an evening around the fire pit. Many restaurants and shops were within walking distance. Robert and Nickole offered great recommendations and were timely in their responses. Would most definitely stay here again!

Our hosts were very friendly and kind. We slept really well in a very comfortable bed with a beautiful view. The surroundings are very peaceful and tranquil. We stayed at this beautiful home to go to the Harry Potter forbidden forest experience nearby and truly enjoyed that. I recommended to get some recommendations of places to eat from the hosts. Restaurants are close by. Jim and Connie were super nice and we are so grateful that they made our stay so enjoyable. We would absolutely come back and recommend to stay here!

Timothy was the greatest host and even filled me in on some local history! Will definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area.

We had a lovely warm welcome from Ann as we arrived. We could park right outside the house and it was easy to find our room. We had a lovely large, bright bedroom. There was a shared lounge, kitchen with coffee making facilities, microwave and fridge and bathroom just down from our room. We had all we needed for a lovely two night stay. With plenty to do and see around Covington we would recommend our stay to friends and family.
