Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in Shëngjin

As we booked our trip to Ulcinj we looked for a private house close to the beach, and this one was perfectly located. Just a little bit hard to find at first. What we didn’t know was that a couple of hundred meters away there were plenty of restaurants with all kinds of food and drinks. Great and cozy house with simplest facilities. The air conditioners were a HUGE plus!

Great place, peaceful area. The hosts are great, very kind people. They let us check in early and check out later. Recomended 5 stars

Divan Robert, njegova majka i supruga mu, ljubazne i fine. Osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Mir je ono kako bih nazvala ovu kuću, izolovani ste od buke i automobila, a tako blizu divnih ulcinjskih plaža. Najljepši izlasci i zalasci sunca. Naša djeca su uživala, i mi zajedno sa njima. Sljedeći put dolazimo opet kod njih. Sve pohvale za ovu divnu porodicu!

The place looks exactly like the photos. A great place outside of the city. You definitely need your own car. If you have one, there are plenty of things to do all around the area. The owner is 100% responsive and helpful.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und ländlich gelegen. Wir haben uns wie im Paradies gefühlt, die Natur, die Berge, die Vegetation, die Tiere, das Meer, alles war so schön. Der Weg zum Meer ist wunderschön! Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Auf der Terasse kann man wundervoll entspannen und es gibt einen Garten. Danke! Wir mochten die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Maison typique avec trois chambres et surtout une jolie terrasse ombragée au frais et au calme. Equipement de base mais qui permet un séjour tranquille loin de l'agitation de la ville. Grand jardin afin de garer la voiture. La longue plage de sable fin est à moins de 2 km et permet de se baigner sans la foule de la côte. De nombreux restaurants sont présents sur l'île toute proche de la frontière albanaise. Nadja est une hôte adorable, attentionnée et généreuse (cadeaux de bienvenue). Je recommande cet hébergement pour une expérience locale.

Всё очень понравилось!! Jelena — потрясающая хозяйка, всегда была на связи, принесла нам красивые бокалы для вина, встречала и провожала! В доме есть всё, что нужно для отдыха на море, а для моей больной спины хозяйка принесла 2 мягких матраса, что сделало отдых ещё лучше. Моя однозначная рекомендация! 100 из 10! Вернёмся сюда ещё!

Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite mal hier. Es war wieder ein wundervoller Urlaub! Die Kommunikation war super und der checkin und Check out war super flexibel! Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Der Balkon ist natürlich das Highlight mit einer wundervollen Sicht aufs Meer. Hier haben wir viele Sonnenuntergänge beobachten können. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir werden wieder kommen.

Bio sam gost ovde na par dana sa devojkom. Stan je fino osvetljen i dobar za freelance radnike kao što smo mi, a i internet je veoma brz i stabilan što nam je bilo najvažnije. Lokacija je blizu plaže i šetalista možda nekih 300-400 metara, ima besplatan javni parking ispred zgrade, a i velike prodavnice su baš blizu. Stvarno nam se dopalo i to što se na veče može spavati jer je baš mirno, a opet blizu svega bitnog u gradu. Stan poseduje sve što je neophodno i za duži boravak, a budući da je Nemanja super domaćin i odmah nam je pokazao sve što smo ga pitali i predložio par super mesta za obilazak, stvarno ga preporučujemo po svim kriterijumima. Sa ovakvim domaćinom nema greške. Sve preporuke.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Flutura is always responsive. The place has a good view of the mountains. It is within walking distance to all attractions and restaurants.

We had a great stay! Ranko was very quick to respond to messages, and in person we communicated with his father, a very kind and polite man. Huge thanks for allowing us early check-in and late check-out, - it was super convenient for us :) The apartment looks just like in the photos: floor-to-ceiling windows and a sea view. As stated in the listing, there’s no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a shared one in the building. We didn’t use it, but it’s great that it’s available. The house is located on a hill, so you’ll have to walk uphill a bit but the view from the apartment is totally worth it. The nearest grocery store is about a 10-minute walk away, and the beach is 10–15 minutes on foot as well. Thank you again for the hospitality — we’ll definitely come back!

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!
