Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in Shëngjin

As we booked our trip to Ulcinj we looked for a private house close to the beach, and this one was perfectly located. Just a little bit hard to find at first. What we didn’t know was that a couple of hundred meters away there were plenty of restaurants with all kinds of food and drinks. Great and cozy house with simplest facilities. The air conditioners were a HUGE plus!

Great place, peaceful area. The hosts are great, very kind people. They let us check in early and check out later. Recomended 5 stars

I recommend everyone to stay at Robert’s place. It’s nice house with beautiful garden. We spent 12 days there and everything was perfect. Robert was a great host.

The place looks exactly like the photos. A great place outside of the city. You definitely need your own car. If you have one, there are plenty of things to do all around the area. The owner is 100% responsive and helpful.

The place is very, in a rural location. We felt like in paradise, the nature, the mountains, the vegetation, the animals, the sea, everything was so beautiful. The path to the sea is beautiful! The house itself is lovingly furnished and very well maintained. On the terrace you can relax wonderfully and there is a garden. Thank you! We would definitely recommend the place!

Typical house with three bedrooms and above all a nice shaded terrace, cool and quiet. Basic equipment but which allows a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Large garden to park the car. The long sandy beach is less than 2 km away and allows swimming without the crowds of the coastline. Many restaurants are present on the island close to the Albanian border. Nadja is a lovely, thoughtful and generous host (welcome gifts). I would recommend this place to stay for a local experience.

Good place close to center

We've been here for the second time. It was a wonderful vacation again! Communication was great and the check in and check out was super flexible! The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is of course the highlight with a wonderful view of the sea. Here we have been able to watch many sunsets. Highly recommend! We'll be back.

Nemanja was super helpful and responsive with check in and advice i asked about travel arrangements, he went above and beyond to help me. The apartment makes it really easy to get anywhere - beach, shops, town, train. Definitely recommend!

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Flutura is always responsive. The place has a good view of the mountains. It is within walking distance to all attractions and restaurants.

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!
