This vacation getaway is centrally located on LBI in Brant Beach. Perfect for families, this 1st floor unit is only 6 houses from the lifeguarded beach. Just steps from the biking/jogging lane on Ocean Blvd. Daddy O restaurant/takeout/bar and St. Francis church and pool are within walking distance, while Beach Haven's shopping, amusement park, and water park are a short drive. Beautiful Second Story Condo located up an exterior flight of steps. 2 blocks to the ocean and close walking distance to the beautiful Hotel LBI The Local, some of LBI's best restaurants, donut shops, CVS and Wawa in walking distance - Bedroom Linens - Let me know if you are bringing your own or want supplied by me 4 beach passes will be supplied with your stay. We provide made beds, linens and for the beach: badges, towels, chairs and umbrellas. This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor.
