Beautifully renovated, Ship bottom apartment - modern and clean, 2 bedroom with large loft and private deck. Dining for up to 8 ppl both inside and out. Two short blocks to bay and ocean. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, parks, wedding venues, coffee shops and shopping. A stones throw from “The Local” market.. Rental includes 4 beach badges, 4 beach chairs, 3 bikes, beach umbrella and a soft top surf board.

Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00
