Welcome to your hideaway studio on a quiet, forested lot, yet just a few minutes away from essential services and twenty minutes from downtown Seattle. The studio is attached to our home and has a private entrance from the back yard. Our place is a beautiful, artsy, bright studio with high sloping ceilings, windows overlooking greenery, a skylight, & is a 1/3 mile walk from the light rail. We've taken care to create a peaceful, comfortable retreat for guests. There is a separate hallway and small kitchen area fully equipped with ample counter space. The unit is attached to our house, but is self-contained with a separate entrance. However, you may hear (minimal) noise from our side of the house. LGBTQIA+ friendly.

The Crow's Nest is a bright, comfortable studio with a 3/4 bath, sitting area, dining area and its own cable TV. It contains a kitchenette with refrigerator and a counter oven for longer stays. It is a private, lockable studio with its own entrance and its own designated off-street parking space. Laundry facilities are available on site. Centrally located with convenient buses a short walk away and easy highway access. Join us in the comforts of home in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Welcome to your home away from home! You'll have the entire guest suite to yourself. It is located in the lower level of our home with a private entrance through our beautiful backyard. Enjoy your favorite shows in the theater room and the kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and minifridge. We just had our little one last year. While we strive to maintain peace, you might hear the joyful sounds of baby giggles or soft footsteps now and then during the day.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking
Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.

Fast wifi, kitchen, easy parking, heating & AC. Tuck into the cozy retreat, take a relaxing bath, or unwind by the patio fire while watching chickens in their run. Guests of all backgrounds are welcome. Please note the loft height is low and not ideal for those with limited mobility.
