great place if you dont need to be close to the beach any way a 5 min with a cab or a scooter and you are there , rooms where clean , the pool and the sauna are also nice , you have everything the you need really close , i could only recommend it. thanks for a great place to stay.

Very clean apartment, and very functional, you will feel right at home. Access to the pool, sauna, gym... everything is perfect and you have a beautiful view of the city. The photos are as simple as possible. I would recommend it 100%

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect, with many establishments nearby, making it super convenient. The host was fantastic very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. The place itself was lovely, clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

I visited for the 3rd time. There are many good hotels in Pattaya, but it is difficult to choose anywhere else due to the kindness of Supinda and the comfortable accommodation and good location ~ It is the best accommodation and I will stay at Supinda's condo again next time 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍

Beautiful location

The room is exactly as pictured. Everything is good and comfortable. There is a little problem when you stay: the air conditioner is small, not cold. If you can fix the air conditioner, that would be great. I will definitely stay again.

I had a great one-month stay at Stefan’s place! The photos and description were exactly as shown. Stefan and New provided prompt assistance whenever needed, making my long stay smooth and comfortable. The residents and security guards were also very friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience—highly recommended!

The places where the main things to see or do are located There is a little distance, but the accommodation is good for the price and the quick response from the host was solved without any problems.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and well-maintained, with a cleaning service provided every couple of days, which kept everything in top condition. The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. One thing to note is that they do charge an additional fee for electricity usage average $20 a day, so be sure to factor that into your budget. Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Best place to stay in my personal opinion. Right next to my favorite restaurants. Few blocks from the mall . Right next to the beach. I get like I was actually able to relax, and get some rest stress free. Beautiful place just like the photos. I will book here every time in Pattaya.

Room is beautiful and rustic, view is amazing, lift just work fine I don't understand the review abt the lift being busy all time, Mr Ivan is perfect Host. about the room, is equipped with 99% of amenities. just feels like home 🏠
