Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe – so wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz einfach. Die Wohngegend am Weinberg lädt fussläufig zum Genießen des nahegelegenen Hohnsensees, zum gemütlichen Stadtbummel ein, zum Besuch der HAWK oder zur Fahrt zur Messe Hannover (Ostbahnhof) ein. Fussläufig erreicht man ausserdem Supermärkte, einen Kiosk, verschiedene Restaurants, Cafés, Spielplätze, das Wildgatter und Bushaltestellen für schlechtes Wetter.

Recreation in the forest settlement of Glashütte, House Iris

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Central and barrier-free apartment with terrace

The rooms are located in the basement of the house and are accessible without stairs. Two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet + shower and a kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker and kettle are available. The level is exclusive for our guests. There is a separate entrance from the outside with beautiful views of the garden, which can also be used. The house (first floor) is occupied, but very quiet. We have a small dog that is very family friendly.

Attic apartment with 45 m², 20 minutes by car to the trade fair.

The attic apartment has a living area including Wi-Fi and smart TV, a sleeping area for 2 people, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. A complete kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob is available in the basement. In the garden, there is a seating area by the garden pond including barbecue. Electric car charging station 50 m away. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Bus stop 2 minutes. Distance Hildesheim 10 minutes by car.

Cozy 1-room attic apartment in Diekholzen, idyllically located right by the Hildesheimer Wald. Perfect for nature lovers, hikers, and cyclists. 21 m² with a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine), Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, toiletries, plus fresh bed linen and towels. Quiet location with short distances to Hildesheim and local shops. You’ll sleep on a cozy 150×200 cm sofa bed (it might get very cozy for two tall people).

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Cozy quiet vacation home

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

Sunny Apartment

Bright, cozy accommodation on the upper floor on about 50 square meters. Ideally located to the A7, short connection to the Hanover trade fairs, 8 km to the cultural city of Hildesheim. Beautiful landscape near the Innerste, spa town of Bad Salzdetfurth with brine bath, saltworks in the spa park, 6 km to the golf course (18 holes). Terrace, garden and carport at your disposal. No separate entrance.

Waldferienhaus - Cosy cottage close to the forest

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.
