A private magical camp on a seasonal dirt road near Franklin. Amazing ravine creek view. Park in off road spot, short trail, 1 minute. Cabin w/ one queen bed, table, desk and wood stove. A door and windows w/locks. No electric. Outhouse. A shower with hand pump shower sprayer. Many wildlife sounds, often deer, porcupines, owls, and foxes. Please bring: drinking water, camp wood, flashlight, bug spray, extra blanket. Groceries in Oneonta, gas in Franklin. Open April 30-Oct 15th

Rental is located next to a busy road , if you are not comfortable with some traffic at certain times of the day then this may not be for you I would also note that this home is small inside but very comfortable . There is a cozy yard to relax in next to a fire pit and a table and chairs if you would like to eat outside. I will provide firewood for one night, and charcoal for grill for one night as well. Located 1/4 mile from home is a local place to purchase extra wood .

Experience secluded glamping with luxury and amenities, hotel in the woods, but so much better.  Take a Hot shower under the stars or in the sunlight. Come relax, hear the sounds of nature. You can even take a tour of our farm or hike around our property. You might even be able to feed or pet a cow. It's all  located on our 460 acre farm. Running water toilet and hot shower are yours, and not shared by anyone else. Our tent is within 10 minutes of Salt Springs State park.
