Our 30 sqm apartment is newly renovated and is located on the second floor of an old half-timbered house - located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with excellent transport connections. Amenities: bathroom with shower, single kitchen (without oven) TV, Wi-Fi, double bed (2P) & sofa bed (1P) A travel cot + high chair are available for small guests. Within walking distance: gas stations, discount stores, restaurants and the historic Siegen Old Town. Free parking is available in side streets

Paradise in the countryside

Quiet, small house in the Puderbacher Land with beautiful excursion destinations. It consists of a living-dining room with stove, a small kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a small bathroom with shower and window and a reading-game room. This includes a small terrace with a marquee and a 500 m² garden. It is not completely fenced! Adjacent is a large nature conservation meadow, which is adjacent to the forest. It is located in a small village, the forest is 150 meters away.

Dog-friendly home. ENTIRE HOUSE: If you'd like to book the entire house, no problem. Only possible with a booking of 9 or more guests. CORONA UPDATE: To limit risks of transmission, I have moved to an apartment in the cellar. The kitchen and dining/living rooms may be used at any time. These former "communal areas" are now private during your stay - just for you. 4 bedrooms (each sleeps up to 3 people, more if you don't mind being a bit squeezed) and 2 full baths.

Hiking from the house is possible for hours.

The apartment has one double bedroom for 2 people and another room with sofa bed for 2 people . Optionally, it is possible to use the high-quality sofa bed in the living room for 2 more guests. Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
