La Casetta means, in Italian, little house. Set in a private, peaceful, mature Florida tropical garden, a real hideaway. I am proud of the cleanliness of our property, however in this new reality that we live in, we do carry out enhanced cleaning and sanitizing between guests. Freshly painted with new furniture, a brand new king size memory foam mattress with contemporary decoration (with queen size pull out couch). Easily accessible with no steps to climb and close, convenient parking right outside the front door. Quiet, peaceful and near both Siesta Key Beach and the condo pool ensure a wonderful vacation. Great location. 2 miles from the # 1 rated Beach in America , Siesta Key . The cottage is near several other beaches as well. Close to restaurants and shopping. 1 hour from Tampa and 2 hours from Orlando. The Key Lime Cottage is totally updated with new stainless steel & granite in the kitchen . There are two new beds ..... one is a queen size and the other is a full size. (URL HIDDEN) Linens & towels are all new. New tile and wood floors throughout. Quite neighborhood for walking .

Siesta key beach is consistently one of the top three beaches in the USA. My condo is within view of the beach and a short walk to the quaint little village. This roomy end unit has two large bedrooms, each with its own bath and walk-in closet. There is a dining room, living room, and large lanai. Walk the beach, jump in the saltwater pool, use the exercise room or enjoy the tennis and pickleball courts. No matter what you do you'll enjoy this magical place.
