On the 1st floor of our house we offer an apartment of about 28 m². Up there, a staircase must be used. In addition to TV, there are also games and books available in the living area. The kitchen includes microwave and fridge as well as kettle, coffee maker toaster . The bathroom with shower and toilet is equipped with a bathroom laundry. In addition to the nearby highway connection, the outskirts of the house offer good opportunities for cycling and hiking, e.g. to the neighboring wildlife park.

Super gelegen am Rande des Ortsteils Sythen, der über einen Bahnhof verfügt, von dem man das schöne Münster sowie Essen in weniger als 30 Minuten erreichen kann. Und ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, Wassersport, Flugsport, Wander- und Reitausflüge, weitere Freizeitaktivitäten und Kulturunternehmungen.

We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private house on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but not suitable for shepherd hours and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the centre. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport nearby Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. In Sythen you will find everything your vacationer's heart needs, from a supermarket and snack bars to an Italian restaurant and an ice cream parlor. In the summer months, our small but beautiful outdoor pool is also open. The well-known and always well-attended Silbersee with its gastronomy is within walking distance of the apartment. The train station is 2 km from our apartment.

Closeness to nature and sustainability are of particular concern to us.

Fur noses are welcome guests, if you want to relax alone we can take care of your fur noses as far as they get along with our two girls (hybrids/neutered). Animals are charged per night.
