Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

The location of the house is very central. The interior of the house was tastefully selected from its curtain, to the coffee table, from the beds to its ceramics, from the cutlery, to the carpet. Cheerful and sweet house. It was great to have a filter coffee machine 🤗 The heating of the house was from the floor and it was enough for us. In case we wanted to light the fireplace, they even brought wood. The pool was immaculate and warm. We enjoyed it with the kids. We will go again. Thank you

Staying at Ahmet’s house was truly special. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet so close to everything you could want. It’s just a short, scenic walk down to the seaside, where you can catch a ferry to Bebek and soak in one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. There’s a supermarket nearby for all your essentials, and the views from the house are absolutely breathtaking — especially at sunset. Don’t miss it; it’s pure magic. Conveniently, there’s also a bus stop right outside the gate that takes you directly to Üsküdar, from where you can easily catch a ferry or metro to Hagia Sophia and all the iconic landmarks. If you’re up for a more scenic and budget-friendly experience, I highly recommend taking the ferry from Küçüksu to Aşiyan, and then to Üsküdar. It’s a beautiful way to see the city from the water without spending much at all. Ahmet’s place offers calm, beauty, and easy access to everything —Highly recommended.

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

What an adventure to stay in such a piece of history! Characterful, clean place decorated to care, with 2 small bedrooms, 3 single beds, lounge, basic kitchen and terrace- all tucked well away from everything but still close to everything. Ali is truly a gem, super communicative and ultra helpful with anything we might need. A really sweet human who goes out of his way to make sure you’re happy. A fabulous place for a couple days to tour the wonders of Sultanahmet. Bet it’s even better is summer!

We had a very nice stay. Volkan replied immediately, gave clear self check-in instructions, and there was always 'staff' nearby who could come to the apartment within 15 minutes if we needed help. When our toilet didn’t flush upon arrival, someone came to fix it right away. When our toilet paper was almost finished, we received new rolls. The apartment is brighter than it appears in the photos, thanks to two street-facing windows. I had feared it would be too dark, but that wasn’t the case. The location (New European Quarter) is great—close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square (full of restaurants and shops), and fancy hotels like the Pera Palace, where Agatha Christie wrote Murder on the Orient Express. Do note that the area is noisy both day and night, and the flat is not well insulated against sound. Streetlights prevent full darkness, even with curtains. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs and a sleep mask. Bus, metro and train stops are 3-10 min away—leading to the 'Old city'.

Very central location, yet quiet. Right on the sea. Nice cozy terrace. Good amenities. Everything very clean. quick friendly contact. Highly recommend for small groups.

Transportation was easy, their communication was very strong

I would like to thank Egemen. For his foresight and effort against the problems that may arise. My priority for these short term holidays is complete communication, cleanliness, and minimal effort. Thanks to the sovereign, we had a weekend as we wanted. I was very happy not to have a clean, tidy and hot water problem. Would definitely prefer it again.

Waking up to the sounds of birds in the morning is a great feeling, it felt very good for us. It was a place that added value to its short vacation with a lot of relaxing activities, whether it was the weather, relaxing with the jacuzzi, making a campfire. Mr. Kenan's great friendly, helpful hosting would have made our holiday more clear.

Everything was just like in the photos. The view was really great. We went for two people, but since there are two bedrooms, it can also stay comfortably in a more crowded way. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything that might be necessary. We had no trouble finding the location thanks to the host. We received very quick responses to our messages and questions. Definitely a place I would recommend. Thanks again for the treats and their attention.

Everything was very nice, extremely pleasant, there was no problem with the amenities, they brought it to its location in 10 minutes from the magnets above the closet without having any problems, and there was a grocery store just 2 minutes away, it was a perfect experience, I hope the host, Ms. Seyda, for your interest and commitment, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your INTEREST in the host MS. First of all, the house was spotless and the garden was quite spacious. The pool and rooms were as shown in the photo. We were very warmly welcomed at the entrance by our hosts and sent off the same way when we left. It was definitely an experience that could be taken care of.
