This huge holiday home offers a unique opportunity to enjoy time with family and friends. With space for up to 24 people, this house is ideal for large groups who want to spend unforgettable moments together. The spacious plot of 20,000 square meters provides plenty of outdoor space for play, relaxation and activities. There is a large forest around the house, this must NOT be used, as it is used for hunting and is monitored - you can instead go to the large, beautiful Kompedal plantation, where there is ample opportunity for beautiful nature experiences. Note that youth groups are also not allowed. The pool house, which was renovated in 2015, has a total house area of 444 square meters, you will find all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. There are a total of 8 bedrooms: Five rooms are equipped with double beds, three rooms with a double bed and two bunk beds in each, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room, ensuring that everyone gets a good night's sleep. There are 3 bathrooms in the house, equipped with a toilet and shower, so there is never a wait, even when everyone has to get ready for the day's activities. For the little ones, there is also a cot and a high chair available. The house allows pets, so you can bring your four-legged friend along with you. For those who love to swim and play, there is a fantastic indoor pool with a water slide, which is sure to be a hit with the kids. The pool area also includes a shower for easy cleaning after fun times in the water. Large child-friendly villa with scenic location

Great location at the end of closed road, directly up the forest/nature area. Close to swimming lakes, lovely nature and mountain biking trails. Only 500 meters to the supermarket and about 2.5 km to the city centre. Large garden with several cozy corners and covered terrace with TV, outdoor kitchen, refrigerator and gas grill. In addition, a fireplace, swimming pool, trampoline, swing, football goal and lots of outdoor toys. Approximately 1 hour drive to Legoland, Lalandia, Djurs Sommerland and Ree Park. 1/2 hour drive to Aarhus (2nd largest city in Denmark).

Outdoor life and original cottage with shared pool

Shared large heated pool and children's pool only 300m away. Open throughout the summer months from early morning to 22. Large playground with covered terrace. Fiskeret in Gudenåen. Beautiful walks along the river and still close to Silkeborg, Aarhus, Randers and Viborg. Outdoor bed, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, terrace and hammocks. Newly renovated bathroom 2022. Perfect for the family with children who value the outdoors and the peace and quiet of the forest. The house is best suited for 6 people when outdoor shelters are used for overnight some of the time.

Stay in a child-friendly holiday park in Central Jutland.

Favorite house. Enjoy a beautiful luxury cottage located at the back and close to the forest. You have 6 activity wristbands available that provide free access to the water park, etc. It is a 5 minute walk to the reception and to Søhøjlandet golf club. You have 15 minutes by car to Silkeborg and the swimming lakes -Fx. Almindsø. 30 minutes to Himmelbjerget, where you can also sail with the hjejlen. 35 minutes to Aarhus. There is ample opportunity for hiking, terrace fun, activities, play and fun for all ages. TV channels and free wifi.

Idyllic Cottage Gudenåen-1 sep.m. Wilderness Spa

Nice and cozy cottage in quiet area. It is located 80 meters down to Gudenåen. From September 1, 2025, the house will have a wilderness spa (those who have booked the house before July 1, 2025, will therefore not have a spa) In summer, there is a shared huge pool for big and small. (Maj-Aug) The cottage has 3 nice rooms where there are lovely beds, 2 bathrooms, really nice kitchen and a large living room with fireplace. The terrace is nice, and there are wind sails, so it is always calm.
