Lovely annex in Gudenåfredning with room for 4 people. The annex has 2 terraces facing south and west respectively and has really good views of fields. There is access to large communal garden with trampoline, swings, and fire pit. The annex has a spa and sauna and large windows out to fields, etc. Enjoy a lovely farm holiday where the opportunities for bike rides and walks are right outside the door. It is only 7 km to Silkeborg city center and only about 1.5 km to the godåstien, city bus, playground, etc.

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1 floor with fantastic views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" hygge with large canvas, a game of table football or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Our 110m2 holiday house is located in Gjern Bakker and Landal Feriepark Søhøjlandet. From the living room you access to a large south-facing terrace, where you can turn on the Weber grill. Free access to all Landal facilities like water park, playgrounds (indoor and outdoor), tennis courts, sports hall for badminton, squash, ball court and more. Find outdoor activities like hiking and MTB routes just 100 meter from the house. If you enjoy golf you can try out the 18-hole golf course (paid)

Idyllic Cottage Gudenåen-1 sep.m. Wilderness Spa

Nice and cozy cottage in quiet area. It is located 80 meters down to Gudenåen. From September 1, 2025, the house will have a wilderness spa (those who have booked the house before July 1, 2025, will therefore not have a spa) In summer, there is a shared huge pool for big and small. (Maj-Aug) The cottage has 3 nice rooms where there are lovely beds, 2 bathrooms, really nice kitchen and a large living room with fireplace. The terrace is nice, and there are wind sails, so it is always calm.

Belligende få km. til indkøb og badesø, samt tæt på skov. Kort afstand til Århus og Silkeborg, offentlig transport hertil fra Låsby hver time.
