The Country Cottage in the Creek, LLC

Nestled in the quiet countryside of rural Northeast Pa. our cozy country cottage offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by fresh air and the gentle rhythm of farm life. Guests are welcome to enjoy the natural beauty of the property including our goats and chickens, relax on the porch, or simply unwind in the surrounding quietness. The cottage is connected to our home. There is a door which is locked at all times. Our water has tested good for drinking but bottled water is provided.

Secluded Hillside Hideaway

Our Airbnb Guesthouse is perched on a hillside surrounded by trees & ferns creating a private, tranquil rural setting. Deer, turkeys & other local wildlife occasionally come to visit. The location is ideal for quiet walks, jogging & bike-riding. It's close to Ricketts Glen State Park's hiking trails & other scenic areas. There is a firepit for guests to use during the evening hours. (Wood is provided.) While, inside the guesthouse, a Wifi system is available for guests' use.

The Firehouse Stay and Play

Why stay in an ordinary house when you could stay in a fully renovated Firehouse? Located just 10 minutes from the lower entrance of Ricketts Glenn State Park, the firehouse was established in the 1940’s and operated as a full functioning Fire Station before recently being converted into living quarters. The fully renovated unit can house 10 guests and has retained features of it former purpose. The whole family will enjoy their stay at our newly remodeled Firehouse.

Coppersmith Cottage houses this tidy non-smoking, no pets, living space. Sorry WIFI is slow to non-existent for this space. There are no choices for WIFI in this rural location. There is basic TV (non-cable). There is no kitchen but there is a cozy bathroom and lounge space with queen sized bed. Guests have access to the grounds and the spacious deck behind the Cottage. +++You may see or hear wildlife at all hours right outside the Cottage door++

Come enjoy our wonderful creekside cabin which sits on 4.5 acres and is within 2 miles of Ricketts Glen State Park. The cabin has many modern amenities - wifi, air conditioning, DISH TV, fully stocked kitchen (utensils, place settings, glasses, cooking utensils, pots/pans), outdoor fire pit, large screened in porch, hammock, and gas grill. No cleaning fee. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.

Woodland Wonder

Quiet, secluded property with private entrance. Located on 10 acres, approximately 5 miles from Ricketts Glen state park. We have ponds stocked with fish, picnic areas, woods, and wildlife. It is a great place for a weekend getaway. There a many restaurants relatively close by to go get dinner at as well. Our property has limited wifi and cell phone service, perfect for an unplugged getaway.

The Dam Cottage, waterfront paradise

The Dam Cottage is close to parks, great views, and art and culture. This completely restored Cottage is all season and is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We are a short distance from Ricketts Glen State Park & Lake Jean, many covered bridges, Bell Bend Power Station, Bloomsburg State University & Geisinger Medical Center.
