Great find for an overnight stop on way back to Calais following a holiday in the Dordogne. Lovely setting, easy to find and not far from the main roads. Very clean and had everything we needed. The children loved the swing too! We would stay again. Thank you Chrystèle!

Very nice welcome, Joel and his wife are always available for any questions, guided tour of the house with his wife. It's so much nicer to have a presence when you arrive than a key box. the neighbors are nice, the walks are quiet. i would recommend for people who want to be quiet (really quiet) walks in the forest on foot or with your bike. i don't regret anything and will come back. We were looking for a place to gather as a family, we found a little piece of heaven in Le Perche. Large house full of character and charm, “chic flea market” atmosphere with its antique furniture, which does not take away from its comfort and its many facilitating amenities. Not to mention the vast “carpet” of greenery in front of the house, where venerable cherry and apple trees race for the most beautiful flowering. The place is so harmonious and quiet that we wonder if the only occupants around are not the birds. In the end, you don't know where you can feel better: inside or outside. To conclude, special mention to Thierry, the owner of the place: ultra responsive, accommodating and surely tour guide in another life. Thanks to his advice, we discovered local gems that we would never have found alone. In short, 4 perfect days. We highly recommend (unless you make noise – there, the birds may give you a spell😄).

Very nice house populated by horses. Ideal as a base for visiting the region and the beautiful pine stud farm. Passionate about equines, this is where you have to go!

We had wonderful days here. A very cozy house, great quiet location and very dear hosts. It has everything you need and we would recommend it. Also great is the fenced garden for dog owners. We will be happy to come back!

Everything is perfect! Thank you Alexis Sylvie and Aldo for your welcome , your kindness cottage. The cottage is absolutely as described, Sylvie takes care of everything there is a kitchen base and enough to make a coffee upon your arrival. It is tastefully decorated and very clean and tidy. The outside is beautiful and the pool is great when it rains or cold. We'll be back for sure.

The holiday was just what we needed. It's a place where you can really relax! Very rustic and rural but with supermarkets a 10 minutes drive away. We were a family of 5 adults and 2 children and the bedrooms were just right. The attic rooms do have low doors, I might have hit my head more than once but I am quite clumsy. The kitchen is particularly well equipped with everything you need. Jennifer is a lovely host, although she lives next door and can often be seen gardening is not obtrusive but very chatty should you want. We thoroughly enjoyed feeding the sheep, chickens, rabbit and horse. The pool is a great size, not too deep which meant our 8 year old could stand up. It's not heated but we braved it! It's a lovely location where you can venture out but could happily stay at home and explore the grounds. It's wonderful at night, with no light pollution you can see stars very clearly and we enjoyed watching bats and spotting glow worms! Thanks for a lovely week

We had a great weekend, despite the weather not great Saturday, we were able to enjoy the pool, I recommend a hundred percent, Sonia is so kind..we'll be back with pleasure. Our son is severe and deaf autistic, he was a little upset when we arrived and he quickly felt soothed when we arrived .

We had a great time. The children really enjoyed it with all the animals around us and also the pool was a success. The cottage was clean and spacious.

A very good quiet spot in the greenery to discover this beautiful region in disconnection mode because there is little reso, no wifi and no TV. It wasn't a problem because we weren't there for that. Very comfortable bedding.

We had a lovely stay at this house, ideally located in Alençon. You are close to all the shops in the city center via the Parc des Promenades, but also very close to the banks of the Sarthe, and the landscaped paths along the river. We also enjoyed the terrace and the beautiful garden of the house. In short, highly recommended!

Charming Norman house in a green setting, our 3-year-old daughter enjoyed the pony ride! Thank you again for hosting us and see you next year!

Jennifer has an amaizing house and it is a beautiful place. We were there for the weekend and very practical with each room with a bathroom. Hopefully we will be back soon

We had a great time for 1 month. Stéphane is accommodating, responsive, open-minded. He was discreet and available when we needed it. His little dog is an angel fallen from the sky, he knew how to melt our hearts the few times we met him. The surrounding forests are mystical and sublime, herds of deer and stags, multiple conifers with captivating scents, in short the fauna and flora of Perseigne is just magical. The accommodation has all the comforts you need, we didn't want for anything. Thank you for this trip!
