Monthly Rentals in Silvana

This was my second stay in this unit. It is a good unit, spacious, exactly like the pictures. The absolute best thing about this unit is the full kitchen. It has all appliances, and a simple and thoughtful set of dishes and pots and pans to meet almost any cooking needs you might have. I didn’t use the on suite laundry this time as this was a quick trip, but it was really nice to have handy last time when i was staying longer. The location is very convenient, if a little odd, with easy parking right in front. It is a house that managed to stay around while the land around it became commercial shops and parking. But it feels safe, and is half a block from a walkable, quaint business strip with shops and coffee, and a two minute drive from several restaurants.

Very comfortable and spacious lodging nestled in the trees, beautifully furnished and located close to Warm Beach Camp. Holly greeted me upon arrival and showed me around the unit. Tastefully decorated and had almost everything I needed.

Beautiful place, beautiful location. Lots of excellent upgrades and totally remodeled home. Nice indoor and private outdoor space, would definitely rent again. Excellent location; walk to restaurants, groceries, shopping and more. Also beautiful greenway located close to ride or walk the trail. Highly recommend!

Super peaceful and cozy stay. Great views from the entire property and close to anything you’d want to do. Justin is a great host and is very responsive and communicates any issues or interests to his guests. We will definitely be coming back in the future.
