Monthly Rentals in Simi Valley

Lorraine and her family are very friendly hosts. Lorraine is so lovely and she was taking care of me like his son, which I do appreciate. She helped me a lot not only for the housing but also for my overall stay in California. On a rainy day, she even gave me a drive. I’d like to visit and stay here again for my further research in the near future. This place is also great for international students or foreigners like me. Lorraine is easy to communicate and the location is very safe. I’d like to recommend it for any one looking for a room to stay. 日本で借りているワンルームよりこっちの方が居心地が良いなと思うくらい快適でした。Lorraineさんはとても優しく、何かお困りがあれば相談に乗ってくださると思います。安心してお泊まりください！주택가에 위치한 조용한 방이고, 호스트도 친절하고 정 많은 분입니다. 학생 혼자 와서 고생하고 있을때 정말 많이 도와주셨고 챙겨주셨습니다. 시미밸리에 가시는 분들께서는 많이 이용해주세요!!

It looked exactly like the photos - extremely clean, easy to find, nice appliances, very hot water and the kitchen had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood was super quiet. I had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone.

Leticia’s place was an ideal base for us for researching the local area over the weekend. Great location in a safe & quiet cul-de-sac close to local amenities such as stores & restaurants. Comfortable beds & a lovely garden to enjoy the great weather in. Only downside was the upstairs sitting tenant who was very active & noisy during the early hours of the morning on each night of our stay which disturbed our sleep. Otherwise a lovely stay in a great property and location. Would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area
