Located directly on the canal in the backyard is the loft apartment with a large terrace on the ground floor. A beach chair and a large table with chairs for working and eating allow an indoor and outdoor stay. The loft itself is atypical of Friedrichstadt. In an old workshop in the backyard, two charming, high-quality loft apartments were built in 2023. Underfloor heating and generous interior fittings offer everything loft lovers could wish for. In the landmarked house right in the center is the stylish little apartment "Der Beamte." The official lives in a living/bedroom with double bed, dining table, desk & TV on the first floor. In the back, he lingers in the courtyard, which invites you to barbecue and linger in gray-colored weather. The official likes it a little stuffy, sits at the desk from 8-9 am & writes postcards, then drops the pen & likes to try the culinary delights in the immediate vicinity.

Lovingly and thoughtfully, we have created a fantastic apartment on 70 square meters for 2 (up to 4) people on 2 levels - the sleeping area is located in the light-flooded upper floor. Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the colors are from the chalk period, the paints are water-based.
