Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Simpang

Haniza was very hospitable and friendly. She kindly accommodated our request for a baby chair and she hand delivered the keys to us as we had to rush for a birthday dinner. She was very attentive - checking in with us to see if everything was okay, replenishing items in the house, and answering our queries promptly - even leaving us a lovely gift! The place was very complete and spacious - the washer and dryer were very convenient, and the kitchen had everything you would need. A perfect place for families!

Lovely place, we had a very relaxing time at a very peaceful location, generous spacing with lots of nice architectural design touches and inspirations, love the green accents. Would be great to consider improving the bathrooms to be more senior/disabled friendly(we had 2 family members that had some challenge) like alt shower head instead of just from ceiling and the floor tiles are slightly slippery when wet, maybe can have a waterproof mat. Overall great stay, we wont mind coming back

The moment we unlocked the door, a sweet nice smell catch my nose. Very comfortable place and it feels like at home. Peacefull environment but too quiet sometimes. Definitely will choose to stay here again. Recommended for family.

We took the homestay for our Thaipusam 2025 visit to Ipoh. This place is perfect for the occasion as it’s just less than 2KM walking distance to temple vicinity’s. You don’t actually need to drive or you can take your car and park close to the road that was blocked for Thaipusam hence your walking distance just within 1KM. The house has all the facilities required for our daily use and we had great time staying here. The host Mr.Asir is super friendly and put effort to make sure the homestay in good condition. Don’t miss this place if your are heading to Ipoh.

The house was very spacious and comfortable. Rooms were big and clean. we had a wonderful trip and stay. there was only a TV without astro etc but we were happy about it since we interacted more with each other rather than being glued to the TV. Host was very responsive and provided us recommendations for foods. would definitely return to stay here in the future.

Malaysia family tour 6th location. Here we fealth at home right away. The beds a bit on the hard side for us and Ipoh a bit lesh mantained buildings, but still nice and safe. The Majestic building, the pool and the location is highly recommended. It would be nice to have access to sauna and gym. Its there but only for lang time rentals. We would come again 🤩

Pooi Jen's place was a gem! The host provided easy and clear instructions for both check-in and check-out, making the process seamless. I was very happy to find that the condition of the property was exactly as depicted in the photos online. Furthermore, the setting and facilities within the house were quite thoughtful and complete, catering to all our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

The accomodation was great, clean and complete. its very comfortable, and secure. All instructions is crystal clear. the bed was comfy the bathroom is clean. Host Alvin very responseful and fast to reply to any texts.
